The mgr. was rarely there when he said, the small atm card reader was broken, and would "take weeks" to fix. The bank couldn't accept our check from a very reputable financial firm, etc...etc... Get the picture?? RUN away from Sil Mexico as fast as possible! The latest wrinkle: our friends were tenants through Sil Mexico for many years......they had to keep first, last and a month guarantee. Our friends have tried for over a month to get their deposits back to no avail! Realty Co. says place was left in shambles!!! Not true at all. Run while you can...
