The wait time at all eye Drs is long. I have never had an extreme wait time. My sadness was the repeated turnover in Drs for my retina and uveitis conditions. The staff are very knowledgeable, and friendly 2. Appointments galore! If you need an appointment they can make it work 3. Fast! I had my pupils dilated and I was seeing within hours. If you choose to you can have your exam and frames done at the same time. If you're me you go in the office across the hallway, see glasses from the 1920s and simply prefer to get them ordered elsewhere. You would think that would be perfectly fine considering so many folks do eyewear. Whelp, I might be wrong! For 2 weeks I had to deal with an older gentleman who clearly gets his knickers in a bunch if you ask him a question when you don't buy things directly from him. Like you know, are these the right glasses? Here the problem today. He referred to my frames as "cheap and worthless" when I asked him to inspect the prescription (which he says he can do)He throws them on his table and says, "you get what you pay for." Then dismisses me. So he didn't help me at all. I could only imagine if I actually purchased my glasses from him. So yeah. Back to the gals from the exam office next door. I walk in they inspect my glasses and boom! The makers I used gave me someone else's prescription! They were polite, and quick. I'm not sure what the discord is with the guy from across the hall, but...I won't be using his services ever. There is a reason why that guy is in an office across the hall. It might be time for him to retire. Be mindful your experience might be different from mine, but if you just need a proper exam and take the script someplace else, they WILL still help. He said other surgeons would have closed her up and told her she only had a few more months left to live, but he continued with the surgery anyway. She has now lost over 200lbs. and I have my mother back. His bed side manner is very good, he is gentle, kind and caring,and so are all of his staff.They can't do more to help you and are sensitive about peoples' overweight issues. They have chairs for over-sized patients to wait to be seen and the office is clean and roomy. Also they have some toys for the kids, to keep them busy.

It was exceedingly quick and non-eventful, and I didn't feel especially positive or negative afterward so I skipped leaving a review. Fast forward a couple years, and I develop a rash in my armpit and a cyst on my thigh all within a few weeks of one another. The rash was getting worse so I decided to make an appointment with a skin specialist. On the day I decided to do this, the office was closed, but I found you could schedule your own appointment via ZocDoc, which I did, for the very next day! The front desk staff were extremely nice, and the medical assistant who worked with me was even more kind. I'm kinda mad at myself that I forgot her name, but she was great. Ari Gordon was the PA who saw me, and he gave me answers/advice/prescriptions for all of my problems. While I was there I figured I'd also get a wart on my toe treated, which he did while doing his best to be supportive through the surprising amount of pain the cryotherapy caused. I have a follow-up scheduled with him in a few weeks and can now confidently say I had a good experience here and will be back! The whole process was very convenient and low-stress.
