The team (two guys) one who was very young and didn't speak, seemed to have the job at hand, under control. After only a few hrs. they text me and said they were finished. I came back to house and lots of what Ken and I talked about, was not done. I told them to call their boss for clarification. They went outside and brought their equipment back inside and began doing the things I told them they needed to. They did not call boss, just figured I was right, I guess. They said they would be there another 45 min. but it took them almost 3 more hours to complete. They did not argue or slack, after our discussion. It may have been lack of communication from management but they definitely needed close direction. They were not professional looking and did not arrive in a large enough vehicle to look like they could complete the task. All in all they did a sufficient job for the price but it took some skill to get them to complete.

I hired Tony Beto on a short-term basis to review some drawings of my builder when my builder refused to move stairs which greeted you as you walked in because he claimed that it would change everything. My home is a new build in Rehoboth. Tony came to my rescue and effortlessly worked with the builder's designer and moved the stairs, with minimal changes to the already-drawn floor plan. He suggested a side door - never even came to my mind before Tony! He suggested windows going up the stairs to open up that area and add light. He added a small bathroom window and made other helpful changes. My only regret is that I did not hire Tony Beto from the beginning when he could have been involved in the iinitial plans. Tony was recommended to me by both my realtor and a Rehoboth local who has built many houses and owns restaurants in town. Tony was instrumental in making my house a home. I reached out to him later and he was kind enough to give me his time and make suggestions for making my screened porch to be a three-season porch. He is honest and fair and a true find.
