Ordered cured meats with special bread "gnocco fritto", cappellacci (like raviolis, hand made to purposely look irregular in shape), with speck (smoked ham) and radicchio. Just divine. To boost my cholesterol levels, I could not miss baby pig's cheeks marinated in spices. To kill myself good 'n through on my bdy I went for sour cream cheesecake & Malvasia vin santo (a liquorous aged wine).
