Most horrible attonery I have ever dealt with! Lied to me over and over about the status of my car case then refused to answer any of my emails or calls to give any information until I had to hire another attorney that looked up my case that Richard Del Vacchio was supposedly handling to found out it was dismissed for over two years. I had to found out from the case summary provided by my new attonery! What a slimy Attorney that needs to be disbarred!! Does not had any good work ethics or integrity! Secretary's are the worst and don't relay messages! Very unreliable! BEWARE of this horrible dishonest person who calls themself an attonery!! I got screwed over badly and still have unsettled business due to his dishonesty and neglect! Do yourself a favor and find an HONEST ATTORNEY because it isn't Richard Del Vacchio O'Hara!! read more

I was…read morenot sure I was in violation and after talking to Mr. John Gallina I believed I was not in violation. Mr. John Gallina told me that because I had complied with the township request he could get this matter dismissed. Before we went to court I supplied Mr. John Gallina with documents and pictures and videos to show I was not guilty. When we went to court I was not in the room with the prosecutor when Mr. John Gallina "made a deal" with the prosecutor. I was under the impression that it was dismissed and I would have to pay only court cost. When in front of the judge, I realized that I was expected to say I was guilty of the violation. I was very confused. I was fined and charged court cost and Mr. John Gallina just walked away with very little explanation as I tried to question why this happened. I could have pleaded guilty without paying Mr. Gallina $750.00. I will not be using this attorney in the future.
