I visited both the Destin Commons location and the Grand Boulevard location over a weekend looking…read morefor two pairs of shoes. After doing two laps around the stores and repeatedly picking up shoes that I was interested in, looking around for someone to help me, not one employee at either location asked if I needed a size or wanted to see something. As a shoe store that doesn't keep all sizes available, this should be the one thing that their employees are good at, but I guess not. And at the Destin commons location I was the only one in the building while the teenage employees just sat on the couch talking to each other. I will gladly take my money elsewhere

I would select zero stars if possible. A very expensive clothing item was purchased here, and my…read morewife decided she didn't want them due to the fit. I went in to return them for her a week later with the receipt and tags still on. First of all, the employees treated me (and her) like we weren't worthy of being in their store. And second, they stated they "do not do returns, ever", only store credit. I asked how we were supposed to know that. She proceeded to point to a sign on the counter THAT WAS TURNED AROUND BACKWARDS SO NO ONE COULD SEE IT showing their policy. Literally the other side was just a generic photo in a frame, no policy. I don't know what place in their right mind thinks that is good business policy to not accept returns for items unused with tags still on them when selling things at these prices. How in the world would anyone know this? Avoid this place at all costs.

INCREDIBLE customer service!!!…read more This may sound a little crazy, but we have been to the area two years in a row and last year I saw this turtle stuffed animal that I loved but didn't get. I am a turtle fiend, and this specific turtle was made out of a material I really like and I had not seen one like him before. Of course, I regretted this decision for the whole year and when we came back, they still had it, and I, in my indecisiveness, did not get it (I wanted to think on it). On our second to last day, I went to get it and they were sold out. Heartbroken, I asked an associate if they had any in the back, and she said no. I was willing to let it go, but she said that she could ask the other store if they had one for me. After making multiple phone calls and texts, we found out that the other store (over an hour away!) had one (one as in ONE. there was ONE left) and someone there was making a trip down and turned around and grabbed it for me (so we didn't have to drive down there). She told me a time it would be there, and I got my turtle. All she had to say was "No, we don't have it, sorry," but she (and the driver from the other store) went way out of their way to make me happy. Definitely shopping here if we come back for a third time.

Here are the pros: easy access from beach Airbrush T-shirt's normal souvenirs you would find in a shop Here are the cons: All tshirts are front printed only. (I don't particularly care for that style. I would rather the large print be on the back) If you are plus sized the selection is very slim. I am by no means a "tree hugger" no offense meant to those that identify with that. But...I was a little disturbed and quite upset to see real sharks inside of a jar (not alive) in blue liquid. Because of this, I will probably never shop with this store again. There is another souvenir shop up the street that I will use. The other shop also supports local artists.
