When we walked in yesterday for our appointment your assistant didn't know who we were or why we were there. Moreover she was condescending, unfriendly and rude. The final straw was her looking down her nose at my sister saying something like "is this too complicated for you?" That's why the outburst occurred. As a retired legal assistant at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich snd Rosati in Palo Alto I was required to bend over backwards in politeness and helpfulness to our clients. Had I acted like your assistant yesterday I would have been fired. Further your assistant stated we needed an original death certificate to remove our brother from the trust. I'm unclear why we even needed a death certificate as we are the owners of the will and trust and can remove whomever we choose without reason. I removed a family member from my trust and will not one month ago because I wanted to. No reason required.

When we tried getting in contact with then 2 weeks later to use them as our attorney we just got the run around. Left lots of unanswered messages. They only responded to one email. Said they would get back to us the next week and would send a retainer. We never got the retainer sent to us. Finally after 3 weeks of us trying to get ahold of someone we called and we're told we couldn't use them. No reason why. We lost 3 weeks where we could have gotten a different lawyer

Michael Kellington was hired and paid for to be my court appointed attn back in February and from…read morethen untill now i have recieved at the most 20 min. Of time to talk to him regarding my case and he couldnt even take care of the one thing he was going from that meeting. Since that call i have tried time and time again to talk to him an appointment was even made by his secretary so i could talk to him but when it came time for our appointment (which was over the phone) i was told that he was busy and would call me back. An hour after that i called back because i still hadnt heard from him again i was told he was busy but i was reasurred that he would be calling me that day. I waited untill 4:30 that day to call again and again i was told he was still busy by Mr Kellingtons secretary who was very rude at that time and she made me feel as if i was an inconvience to say the least by my calls which totaled 3 from my first call that day. That was the 15th. Of june and still i have not gotten a call or been able to talk to Mr. Kellington. Do not hire him to be your attn because there is no worse feeling then knowing the person who is paid so well could care less about doing what he is paid to do nor does he care about his clients case.
