Terrible customer service , they don't answer their phones nor responds to their messages. Definitely not trying this place again.

Not only did she help return my hair back to a healthy softness, but she also imparts wisdom! She has given me resources, tips, and samples to try. She has helped me understand the science behind coloring and why box color is so harsh on hair (I'm a chemist, so I absolutely love learning the science behind everyday things!). Her resources have helped me find ways to care for my hair differently, which has helped lessen the thinning and breakage between appointments. Her samples have allowed me to try new products and discover ones I really like. But what I absolutely love the most about Lisa is how much she cares! She cares that I'm comfortable. Her head massages are so wonderfully relaxing I've nearly fallen asleep! Her smile and her cheerfulness always lift my spirit and we can talk about anything! She cares that my hair meets my expectations and goes out of her way to find appointment times that work best for me. Her prices are reasonable for her exemplary services. She remembers the conversations we had from previous appointments and asks about my family. Finding a good stylist is tough! Finding the right stylist is rare! I've only known Lisa for a couple years, but I trust her with my hair so much that I can tell her to do whatever she feels like doing and my hair turns out amazing every time! Before Lisa, I never really appreciated the knowledge, skills, and artistic ability it takes to be a hair stylist.... Lisa is a true artist and great friend! A one-in-a-million gem! I absolutely love her! ~Stephanie L.

Let me just say that I had my eyelashes done in California before I flew out to Kansas for the holidays and had a swollen eyelid about 6 days after getting my lashes done near San Francisco. Once I was in Wichita, I gave Stephanie a call and she immediately hypothesized about what was going on - I figured I might as well get my lashes removed while I was in Wichita before going to the hospital, if needed, for my swollen eyelid. Anyways, she looked at my lashes/swollen eyelid and immediately knew that the technique used on my lashes by the other woman in California was causing irritation. After removal of my lashes, my swelling went down and away and I went back to Stephanie for a full set of classic. No trip to the hospital needed, WHEW! Lastly, before leaving Kansas, I had a touch-up done by Stephanie - STILL SO IN LOVE WITH MY LASHES! Tl;Dr Stephanie is extremely knowledgeable, honest, talented, and communicative in so many ways - it was SO easy getting scheduled with her MULTIPLE TIMES during my visit (I live in California, so finding this gem of a woman in Wichita was godsend). She truly works with your features and your desires - communicate what you want and she will hook you up.

Best experience I have had at any salon in Wichita! I have been getting my nails done every 4 weeks…read morefor about 18 months now. Yesterday I tried Classy Nails for the first time because they are closer to my house and work than my last last shop and because I've heard such great things. I had Maya, co-owner of Classy Nails, and wow...what a fantastic experience. I did call 2 days in advance and scheduled an appointment. Once I arrived, I waited less than 5 minutes before they took me to a station and began the process to soak off my current French dipping power manicure. There are so many things about their process that really WOWED me! 1. The soaking process - Normally when you have old polish removed they soak a cotton ball with acetone and wrap your fingers in foil. At classy nails, they prepare a bowl with warm water, place a bag on top of the warm water, and you stick your fingers in acetone to soak. This helps keep your fingers warm while the polish soaks AND I feel like it was a very effective way to take off the polish. 2. Precision in the polish - Maya was very precise when she did the dipping powder with French tips. It takes a skillful and steady hand to make these look as crisp and clean as they do. I am very impressed. 3. Customer service - From the moment I walked in the door, people were smiling, greeting me and taking me. They make it a priority not to have people, who have appointments, wait long. Also, they offer complementary beverages (soda, water, tea, etc) which I think is a nice touch! 4. PRICE - I paid $45 (before the tip) for a "full-set dip" + French. Normal dip is $40 and then there is a $5 French fee. This is $5 higher than my normal shop, but WELL worth the extra few dollars. 5. Speed - I was there for 55-60 minutes MAX. From the time I walked in, until the time I left. They were quick with everything, even though the place was SUPER busy. All this to say, PLEASE GO GIVE CLASSY NAILS A TRY!! This will become my new go to place. They even offer waxing (amen for my brows!) and other spa services.

I love this place and you will too…read more The ambiance is impeccable - very relaxing and calming. Upon arrival I was offered refreshing detox water and given a menu to select the type of manicure and pedicure I wanted. The menu was incredible. Not only is their menu super creative, it's also all organic where they don't skimp out on the use of oranges, coffee beans, berries etc... even a plan natural pedicure feels like they are going above and beyond. Seriously, all other nail salons need to do what this spa is doing. I had such an amazing experience with my nails and toes I decided to give them a shot at my eyelashes because the woman at Eric Fisher had no clue what she was doing. The owner fixed my lashes and they look and feel great and last a long time too. Anyway, go here - try all the stuff they are amazing.
