The only options presented were to continue paying them to correct mistakes in their work--despite their already having the necessary information and documentation--or to close the matter and receive only the unused portion of the retainer. They had the opportunity to resolve this privately and chose not to. ** Richard Brister is highly persuasive during the initial consultation. Unfortunately, his impressive phone manner is where the competence at Tully Rinckey ends. What Mr. Brister promised us during our consultation bears absolutely no resemblance to what the firm ultimately delivered. He explicitly assured us that our $4,000 retainer would cover a robust, comprehensive demand letter and active negotiations--even discussing specific enforcement provisions to hold management accountable to critical safety measures. We relied on those professional representations when we signed and paid our retainer. What we received was a weak, inaccurate and completely unusable draft. It was addressed to an individual who no longer worked for the company, contained a false timeline, failed to include our core claims, and completely ignored the evidence we had provided. It was a sloppy, careless rush job that caused our household and my 88 year old mother additional distress. The worst part? When we pointed out these glaring, objective errors, Tully Rinckey did not offer to correct them without further depleting our retainer. They never denied that we would be expected to pay additional legal fees simply to obtain an accurate and usable version of the document we had already retained them to prepare. To anyone considering this firm: Do not be fooled by Mr. Brister's polished sales pitch. Get every verbal promise in writing before you hand over a single dime. We trusted Tully Rinckey with thousands of dollars and a highly sensitive matter, and we were left with zero results, a bigger headache, and a nearly depleted retainer. Shame on Richard Brister, and shame on Tully Rinckey. Stay tuned for more TR reviews.

When I met Mike I had just been shocked to find that my marriage was over and everything I had ever…read moreworked for was in jeopardy. I felt completely lost and overwhelmed with fear of the unknown. As soon as the meeting was over I felt the first sense of hope that I had felt in a few months. Mike explained to me what was really going to take place. He also advised me on how to conduct myself and prepare to generate the best possible outcome which is extremely important. He was responsive via phone, email and text whenever I needed him...even when I interrupted his family vacation (sorry Mike!). Mike knows the law and he's not afraid to stand up on behalf of his client to protect their rights even when he's standing before the judge on your behalf. Thanks to Mike Schmitt I came out of this divorce in so much better shape than I could have ever allow myself to think possible when I walked into his office for the first time feeling all defeated. He is the only Divorce Attorney that I have and will continue to recommend to friends facing the same life changing experience. "MONEY"... For everyone that is the first concern when hiring a lawyer. Mike listened to my situation and his first priority was giving me the help I needed. When it came to money he worked within my means and was extremely affordable especially considering the level of representation that he provides. To be fair, the results he delivered outweighed anything he charged me by a long margin. Mike's a no BS attorney and a no BS business man. You can go elsewhere and pay 4 times as much but you're not going to get 4 times the representation... you're just paying for another law firms billboards and radio commercials! If you're reading this, you're probably in a tough spot and I remember that feeling. Do yourself a favor and set an appointment with Mike. For me it was literally the moment that I started the process of taking back the control over my life and future. For me to take the time to write this long of a review I hope you'll recognize it's because I'm just so thankful and I hope he can help others the way he has helped me.

Larry Krieger ROCKS!!!!!!!!!…read more I have certainly been in a precarious position by hiring attorneys who were burned out, the polar opposite of professional, and downright ineffective as legal counsel. I begun to have a negative perception of attorneys in general until I hired Larry Krieger. Larry Krieger, is an amazing attorney, he is the only legal counsel that worked his tail off to see that justice was served for the best interest of my daughter. He exhibited a high level of legal knowledge, professionalism, and execution in his legal delivery. I remember watching him in action in the court room cross examine my adversary with strong legal defenses. He was very efficient in making my legal proceedings a TOP priority on his list even if he had a voluminous case load(due to his popularity among clients) which helped to mollify my stress. His legal assistant Marci is also a gem, together, they worked in concert to prepare a STRONG legal case that enhanced my certitude in feeling that justice would be served, and it prevailed. When a client such as myself is going through stress, the most important thing you need is a strong legal team to add that extra confidence and security before you step in the court room and fight for your legal rights. The level of professionalism Larry exuded in the court room still makes me smile till this day. Thank you Larry for being a REAL attorney and truly working in the best interest of your client(s)! Best, Richard Myles

However, I will shine the spotlight on Faraci Lange legal team. My primary counsel was Ms. Lesley Niebel, Esq.. From the inception of my case to the end, she has been extremely professional, caring, empathic, and knowledgeable about the legal particulars of my case. I never felt rushed, nor pressured into making rash and non-informative decisions about my case. Lesley and her colleagues worked diligently to make sure I was compensated commensurate to my injuries. They held on with all their tenacity to make sure I was not under compensated for my serious injuries. I understand some attorneys are reputed for being cold hearted and only interested in the monetary outcome of their respective cases. However, this law firm showed me that not all attorneys fall in that group. I would strongly recommend them to any litigant(s) seeking a fair, caring, professional, experienced, and powerful legal team to represent you to the fullest extent of the law. Sincerely, Richard Myles I rate them 10/10
