Margie is an incredibly gifted photographer - she takes 1,000s of photos and then sends you the BEST ones after color retouching them so they are crisp, amazing quality and the color scheme of the photo is perfect. Her eye for framing a picture is superb and she plays well with light/water so if you have the opportunity to do a beach shoot with her TAKE IT. The value is incomparable. She was so patient with kids, dogs- unphased by toddlers shrieking or puppies running amok. She stayed cheerful and even though I thought our pictures were not going to turn out very well - SHE GOT SO MANY AMAZING SHOTS! Holiday shopping is officially DONE because I am plastering these lovely pics on mugs and ornaments - anything that will accept them. I have known her to do showers, birth photo shoots and holiday shoots and every time it is magic behind the lens. We recently had a family trip to Sunriver, and Margie did an incredible job of documenting our vacation with beautiful, light-filled photos. We were a big group (14!) and she was so patient with the six kids as they ran around wild, half-listening and hunting frogs. My husband and son usually groan when I suggest getting professional photos taken. So we don't do it too often. But they agreed to a short session with Margie in beautiful Shevlin Park. I warned Margie that we should keep the session short, but ultimately there was no need to. She made everyone feel at ease. :) Margie is a talented and dedicated photographer. She scouted the area to make sure our session took place during the best light and I was even marveling at how gorgeous the trees looked during our session.
