Second time, he turns the frequency down on laser so that you won't get results and blames it on your body's response.If you have multiple tattoos, he will do one the correct way and the other half assed and the next time alternate, so as to extend the amount of visits.He is a terrible liar, but can't seem to stop lying.First visit, minuscule blue tattoo using ruby laser had fading; red tattoo using regular laser, he said red is the easiest color to remove, but ZERO results. Second visit to excuse the fact that there were no results for the red, he said red is really hard to remove, after saying it was the easiest the first time.I say I want to see the glazing over of the skin by the laser which would indicate that the laster is actually ON or high enough, he said, ok I'll turn it way up...and only then did I receive that result from the laser and whala, fading!(but now ZERO results for blue tattoo).Third visit I ask again for the frequency to be turned up, but he says he can't actually change the frequency or power of the laser and since I said the blue had zero results, he says he is going to use regular laser on the blue tattoo, as the skin sometimes gets used to the laser and stops being effective and if we hit it with the regular laser, it would kick it back into gear for the next time (BULL) but I said no, since I know that ruby takes care of blue and the regular laser does NOT (another trick he tried to use to extend number of visits)...He also mentions that he does what he can to keep customers happy so that they come back and it's money in his pocket, real classy.So this time, I received moderate results for both tattoos. Forth visit, by this time tiny blue tattoo almost completely gone, very faint tiny line remained that wouldn't even be noticed unless pointed out...definitely something the ruby could handle in one shot, but again, he tried to use regular laser on it, but I said no. He turned the ruby frequency WAAAYYY down, hit the tattoo like eighteen pulses (the first time he only hit it 3 times when the laser was turned up) and actually said..."you hardly felt it this time, right?...yeah, that's because there's hardly any ink left under the skin, you feel the laser more depending on how much ink is in the skin." Like, WHAT?Pathetic lie! No, I didn't feel it as much because he knew this would be my last visit for blue tattoo and he wanted to extend to two visits if possible so he practically turned the laser off so I wouldn't have results. Red tattoo, ZERO results! When I had refused to use the regular laser on the blue tattoo, he said, "yeah, I got this guy that comes in and he tells me, 'turn it way up, don't go easy on me!'...but I don't do that! I always hit the tattoos the strongest!I mean, I'd love to see you all (customers) more often...that would be more money in my pocket, but no, I try to get everyone finished with treatments as soon as possible, I want happy customers."Guilty conscience much?So, I called before the fifth appt and explained that I'd had zero results this last time yet paid $100 and even the faintest line was still there, I felt duped, and asked for another treatment free of charge.No call back, hence I am here now. DO NOT go to him!He also uses a skin chiller that touches the skin, instead of the recommended air blowing chillers that are STERILE and do not touch the skin.His chiller touches the skin before and after treatment when skin is broken open from the laser, and with viruses like hep c associated with tattooing, that is bad practice.Although he says he cleans it after each client, he says, "It is too cold for any thing to survive or live on it," which is completely false!! Heat kills, not cold Mr. Scrub Nurse!Cold can put viruses and bacteria in dormant state, and can "reactivate" at a later time.So, if he thinks that, that would lead me to believe he is not as diligent in disinfecting equipment if he feels nothing can live on it anyway.Bay News 9, where u at?!

After consulting with the doctor, she told me to come in a month or more, since my skin is too dark for the procedure. I want to say that I am a white race and my skin is a little dark (I come from Russia). I warned the doctor that my skin would not become brighter as this is my natural color, I avoided the sun in every possible way and took sun protection creams. Arriving at the procedure the doctor was told that my skin is not light, I once again explained to the doctor that I do this not for the first time, on the same laser and on certain capacities. The doctor has made to me procedure on all body at my parametres what i did before. Applying lines along of my body with a marker to distribute the zones, after finishing did not even offer me a wet napkin so I could erase those lines !!! It took 2 weeks and the hairs still on my skin, I called the salon where the manager told me to wait 20 days and then to call, we agreed by phone that if my hair will be on my skin I would do a free procedure again or return the money. I called after 20 days, explaining that I was not happy with the service and the manager refused to compensate me anyhow !!! Speaking that my skin types are complicated for the procedures and they warned me that the hair will not disappear at all. So for this, there is a set of procedures !!!! I first encounter such a bad attitude towards clients, I could continue to visit this salon and advise it to everyone, but you lost the payment of an able client and gained a bad reputation !!!!
