This place is amazing! Opening weekend, i thought it would be packed-nope. My son and his buddies had the run of the joint. The kids said, it's waaaay better than skyzone. We celebrated our oldest daughter's 9th birthday at Flying Spider today and all the kids had a blast! It's a super cool and clean facility with very attentive staff. They greeted us at the front door and everyone was so helpful and energetic. We loved the ribbons and the Ninja Warrior obstacle course! Herbert was an awesome party host and totally took charge wrangling the kids and making sure all the details were handled so we could focus on our daughter and her guests. He set up our party room, made sure we got a cute group photo of the girls and even helped put our cake topper and decorations together. I couldn't be more pleased and we will be back for sure!! read more

Flying Spider is an incredible place for kids (probably best for six year old kids to adults)! My 10 year old daughter has been here 5 times and loves the American Ninja Warrior type obstacles, Parkour ramps and bars, the warped wall, the hanging silks, the rock wall, the trapeze into the foam pit, the zip line, and the slack lines. There are also trampolines and dodge ball. The facility has a lot of seating for adults, good staffing, and great music. The price is comparable to Sky Zone and other trampoline places in the area. The facility is clean and well organized. Since it is still relatively new, the Flying Spider is very busy almost all the time, so be sure to arrive at least 20 minutes early to check in. We've waited anywhere from 15-30 minutes to check in. It is a high energy, loud, and fun place. Prices are higher on the weekends and you have to wear their grippy socks (but they have some great designs!). If you (or other adults in your party) plan on watching your kids on the floor near the obstacles or trampolines, be sure to fill out a waiver form in advance online to save some check in time. My son had a birthday party here. It isn't as packed during the week. I would recommend parties Monday through Thursday. If you are booking a party you have to pay in full before the party. Kids had a good time jumping COME PREPARED to pay extra - they won't let you use socks from another jump place (Skyzone, etc). The sock thing drives me nuts and only reason they didn't get 5 stars. Very clean, open and lots of comfy seats for parents. Kids who work there were very nice - good at enforcing rules with kindness but authority. Absolutely TERRIBLE for birthday parties!!!!! I repeat terrible!!! No one was around to tell us when it was ok to start jumping, and no one was around to walk the parents and kids to the party room. Myself and 2 other moms served all the food, drinks, and picked up... while the "party planner" watched us do everything! I paid for the "legendary" party package and only came home with half the stuff I paid for. Then when I called, they were supposed to mail everything I didn't receive the day of the party, and still haven't received it. The party was on February 16th. I will NEVER waste my money on a party here ever again. read more

I HATED flying spider, I'd give it zero stars if I could. There's WAY too many tiny kids (like, height of my kneecap small) running around. I almost accidentally hit three of them because they would run underneath my feet and zero of the employees(or parents, I might add) paid attention WHATSOEVER. There was legitimate poop, like actual, from-a-human feces on the floor, and even once I told the employees, they STILL didn't do anything. So, basically, as a kid who REALLY tried to enjoy herself, I still hated everything about this place. The fluorescent lighting and awful music and amount of foam pits and lack of trampolines were all also disappointing factors. Flying Spider, step up your game. I'd way rather go to SkyZone. read more

This place is awesome, BUT...and it's a big but. You guys really need to get your check in process figured out. If I order tickets and sign waivers online, I shouldn't be subject to standing in a line for 30 minutes with everyone else who hasn't, only to loose out on time that I have already paid for because the people in front of us can't decide what color socks they want to buy. There's no better bounce park in St. Louis but the registration process really needs to be streamlined in order to get my business again. read more

This place could need some help when there isn't much place to go for kids to run and jump. Kids don't listen to the rules and the employees didn't do much to stop them. Example the dodgeball the kids know there out and don't get out there should more courts one for big kids and one for small kids read more

Had great experience at flying spider with my 3 kids, 8, 11, 13. Employees are very polite and professional. Focused on keeping the kids safe and quick to stop them if anyone is doing something dangerous. Also the facility is clean and they are not too crowded so there is plenty to do without a wait.We purchased the afterschool pass for $45 for my son. He can come Monday to Friday for up to 2 hours at a time until Dec 15. A great value and great wait to get exercise in challenging weather! Check them out! read more

We got kicked out when we had 10 minutes left because the socks were not the right ones which didn't make since because they were exactly like flying spider socks but were worn down. And we didn't even know that! Like they seriously kicked out my child who's only 9 because of his socks you couldn't let him be happy for 10 more minutes! But no he had to be sad. And only one person Said something even though lots of people saw the socks. That's just cruel. read more

This place is awesome, I got a membership for me and my little bro. Unfortunately he has asthma and jumping up and down with a mask on can make it hard for him to breath. He needed to take a break and catch his breath so he sat down and temporally took his mask down. At that moment the worker came over and asked us to leave for not following the guidelines. We left without argument but my little bro was pretty disappointed since he been waiting all week to go. It doesn't make sense how a place like that can even be open, with all these sweating kids running around, touching everything, there is no way the place is sanitary, not to mention the foam pit which is without a doubt infested with all sorts of bacterium. My advice is if your that worried about catching covid then don't go to this place. The workers there are doing there job, but lets just all use a little common sense, and realize the type of establishment your going to or working at. read more

This is by far my favorite trampoline park I have visited, I have been to multiple parks around the US and Flying Spider still is the most stand out when it come come customer service, cleanliness, and overall experience. Today we went to flying spider after the last day of school which was a half-day. I've been here a handful of times and never had an issue. Unfortunately they were understaffed today which is a little ridiculous knowing that it's the last day of school in the area and they know how busy they get. At one point a group of kids that we had were playing dodgeball and it was not being monitored by anyone that worked there there was a group of boys who are much older than our group and for being not only physically but verbally aggressive at one point tackled a kid from a group and hit him in the face and gave him a bloody nose. As I approach the girl who would periodically come over and check in and not do anything she had an absolute attitude Who is all of maybe 18 years old. The manager who is maybe the same age, kept telling me I needed to step away so he could discuss the issue with the child when I was in charge of that child. I told him it's unacceptable this would've never happened if it was being monitored and nobody was monitoring the game. He started yelling back at me telling me they are understaffed and there's not a whole lot he can do about it I signed a waiver and for that hour they basically own our kids for the hour! I lost my you know what! First of all I don't care what waiver you sign I have the understanding of I'm not going to sue a place if my kid decides to do a backflip and ends up falling and breaking his arm. Nowhere in the waiver does it say that if a unmonitored dodgeball game because they are understaffed and a other kid decides to get aggressive and punch a kid in the face and give them a bloody nose that they don't have to do anything because I signed a waiver. I also don't ever remember reading anything that says they own our kids during that time. These kids should've been kicked out because they continue to be verbally aggressive and cuss at our kids and me so at one point when i realized we were not gonna get much help I went and got another Manager he said he was the general manager he was at least a little bit older I understand that he was trying to do the best he could in the situation but at one point he himself witnessed the young manager yelling and throwing his hat and getting aggressive and puffy chested at me because I didn't like what he had to say when he said he owns our kids for the hour. I would have loved for him to sign a waiver and meet me in the parking lot bc his nose would have matched the kids in our group! They are super unprofessional that kid should be fired and then at one point even though the general manager gave me a free pass for these kids and everybody a slushy he still never kick those kids out and little does he know one of our parents was standing there and overheard him talking to the kids and said obviously in the situation you guys are going to need to be the bigger people as if we were the problem. I get you're trying to play both sides but it is unacceptable we had a kid that was punched in the face with a bloody nose they should've been kicked out... needless to say I will not be using this free pass whatsoever I'm telling you right now it's a matter of time for this place is closed down because people are gonna start suing them because of who they have running that place! We took our Cub Scout den as an end of the year party. We took about 10-12 kids. From the check in process to the staff at each obstacle the staff was great. During check in they got our waivers and socks with in just a few minutes. (We had the waivers pre filled out to make the process quicker) once inside the obstacle area all to boys had a blast from jumping, flipping, and climbing. The price was great for the time we spent jumping. Much more to do than the other competitors. We can't wait to return. read more

CAUTION!!!! My ten year old Daughter was playing at this facility and BROKE her foot! A bad brake that may require surgery. After my daughter had been injured the manager gave my wife two free passes, and my daughter Gatorade to drink. Staff was great... Stay safe! read more

This place was fun and that's why it's getting 4 star. However I got there at 230 and didn't get to start jumping till 245 so we only got to jump for 45 mins I feel that is not right to miss out on 15 mins just because we had to pay and all that. They should have give us the next hour and had us wait. I will ask next time or go somewhere else. read more
