    Growth plate fracture

Do not go to this trampoline park. Our 5 year old sustained a growth plate fracture when a teenager ran across her trampoline and she landed on her leg. The staff does not monitor rowdy behavior. We will do everything to help prevent other families from the pain our child suffered. The urgent care informed us that they see many children with injuries from DEFY.

Email says final charge 7/15, was charged 8/15 too.

Horrible customer service when canceling contracts. Continuing to be charged over a month after an email confirming my last charge. They replied by saying "sorry, my last email was incorrect". What a joke! Ive never encountered a business go back on something they actually put in writing.

Great way to get your energy out. Great customer service! There's lots of things to do. Great way to build his confidence and have fun

Waiting in a long line for birthday party checkin while the other staff do NOTHING. or check us in at another register.

The place was super dirty. I never saw anybody cleaning and the bathrooms were disgusting.

    Cool spider eyes!

Fun place better than the other jump place! Lots to do and plenty of space to do it! Those lockers are a great idea and awesome that they're free! However I'm not sure when their cafe opens, not a big deal nor a deal breaker... there's a water fountain and a vending machine

Her godfather took us to dinner at the downtown location shortly after we were married. My brother in law is a member. He has taken me there a few times to catch a shuttle to the Cardinals game and for after game drinks. But, I had never been to this location until now. My brother in law threw a very nice dinner party for my sister in law's 70th birthday. Coincidentally, the party was on my actual birthday, Veteran's Day. I kind of considered it my birthday party even though we were celebrating someone else. We started out in a nice room with a bar. They had a little table set up that had sugared bacon on a stick, cocktail shrimp, and toasted ravioli. I really enjoyed the bacon. It was nice and thick, and the piggy taste I like was not overtaken by the sweet glaze. The shrimp were huge and cooked to absolute perfection. The toasted ravioli were just "OK" in my book. Evidently, toasted ravioli is a St. Louis invention and very popular. I prefer mine boiled and covered in Mama's sauce. My brother in law had selected several wines for the party, but I don't like to drink wine in public other than a small glass or two with a meal. I prefer to drink beer because I know how to gauge what I am drinking and stick within my limit. Since it was an open bar, I went over and checked out the beers they had on draft. That is when I first encountered Karen Baldwin. She was so warm and friendly every time I ran into her in the club, that I made a point of asking her name. She helped me pick a beer that I really liked and stuck with the rest of the night. Eventually, a young fellow who seemed to be a manager, led us on a hike through the club to our private dining room. It was nicely decorated and very comfortable. I sat at a table of eight with my wife, her sister, her cousin and his wife, and two of my sister in law's close friends. The first thing they brought out to us was a salad. I liked the way they served all of the ladies at our table first. The salad looked really delicious and had what looked like a huge meatball in it. My wife had read her place card and saw that it was actually a personal-sized cheese ball. It was goat cheese covered with chopped nuts. I smashed it and made sure I had a bit of it on every bite of the salad. It was a salad I will always remember. They also gave us the most heavenly little rolls to go with it. The entree that my brother in law selected was filet mignon and HUGE scallops served with a risotto. I traded my filet for my wife's scallops, as she doesn't like any kind of seafood. Those scallops were the best I have ever eaten. When my sister in law asked if I wanted her last one, I shamelessly took it and scarfed it down. The risotto was not the best I have ever had, but it was good. I think my "scallop high" probably overshadowed it. After dinner, they moved us to an outdoor patio area. It was a little chilly for this Texan, and the gas heaters were evidently just for looks. You could actually touch the glass that covered them. I went in and sat at a table in the bar with my wife's cousin. Once again, Karen Baldwin appeared and took care of us. Although she stands out in my mind, everyone that served us was wonderful. All in all, I thought everything was really nice. It was all very classy, but to me, that has always been a description for St. Louis in general. It is a classy town!

The once vibrant atmosphere is now overshadowed by poor management and a clear lack of qualified staff and referees. Every visit feels more frustrating than the last. Communications with the management over numerous injuries, incidents, safety concerns and standards have largely fallen on def ears until boiling points happen. There is little to no oversight and accountably from management over the lack of referees general integrity, qualifications and standards ( There are none ). The rink itself is in disrepair--uneven surfaces make it hard to play, let alone enjoy the game. Broken sticks are not uncommon as the sport court has a large gap at the boards. Moisture on the playing surface is a constant concern as there have been leaks apparent by the buckets attached to the ceiling to catch the water. Moisture from below the playing surface affecting the sport court is a reoccurring safety issue. As this facility is an eye sore at best and is attached to St. Louis County Parks with a newly remodeled Ice rink I would think and hope it would deserve some attention from St. Louis County. Apparent from the lack of attention and issues listed above it is unfortunate that the owners have lost interest and pride in this facility that so many pay there dues to. I've seen this place at its best, and I truly hope they can regain that spirit. Until then, I can't recommend it to newcomers or even loyal players like myself. It's a shame to watch a beloved community hub decline so drastically.

After finally moving back to the Lou to raise a family we decided to rejoin the club to partake in the swimming and the tennis courts. The decor really hasn't changed much in several decades. The same wooden doors grace the entrance and the same smell and sound of indoor tennis permeates once you walk in. They dining room has been nicely expanded and looks very comfortable. There are about 9 rubberized indoor courts. The rubberized courts are fairly unique in St. Louis. They are much easier on the knees while chasing down tennis balls. They did install volleyball/basketball courts in the lower level along with a rehab and sports fitness center. The use of which is all included in a full club membership. Not too bad! Outdoor courts are incredible. There are about 15 courts in total but 6 of these are true "clay" courts. Also a hard find in St. Louis as they are harder to maintain. If you like French open tennis then check these clay courts out! No grass courts however. On the top lawn they have a small croquet pad as well. My kiddos love the swimming pool. Designed for both lap swim and leisure. They have a small kiddie pool just right for toddlers and plenty of covered tables and seating around the pool. Different days of the week they have food specials. Our favorite is the taco Tuesdays! Life guards always on duty.
