They do require your insurance information over the phone before your first visit, which I did not have with me; they still scheduled the appointment and I called them with the information later. Plenty of parking and the offices seemed very clean and modern. I saw Dr. Baker, she was personable and efficient. She performed my care without any problems and filled out a script to my pharmacy electronically. I would recommend her if anyone else has a problem with an ingrown toenail. The office's website provides a lot of information about the services they provide, and new patient forms are downloadable so that you can have them completed prior to arriving at your first appointment. I will be seeing a different physician for follow-up next week, which they notified me about while making the follow-up appointment. FYI I used the google maps on my iPhone which ended up placing me a couple of blocks short of the office, a quick phone call to the office gave me directions right there.

I would recommend for sure. They take care of patients well and they have the best careread more

I rang the doorbell, but had no response. When I called their number, the person who answered said "no one is in that office today". I replied "what do you mean?, I have an appointment today". He then put me on hold and said that the doctor wasn't in that he had called out, and I should've gotten a call. I replied that the only call I received was a confirmation of the appt the day before. This person never apologized, and as if nothing had happened, told me he could schedule another appointment. I was furious, and just hung up the phone. So, needless to say. I will not recommend this place to anyone. I lost a day of work, and wasted my time.

During Covid times, I was able to see my new (PCP) primary care physician. I am so happy with Dr…read more Paul as he was personable, focused, has attention to detail and asks the right questions to get to the root of the problem. The layout of the office is very clean with a modern touch. Just remember that the office is street level so parking street side would be better off if you were like me with excruciating pain. If you park in the assigned parking lot you will have to climb the stairs and go to the right. I had excruciating pain going down my right leg so, I admitted myself into Lehigh Valley emergency room. They ran blood tests, urinalysis and CAT scan and found nothing. Nor could they infer anything (young doctor I suppose). The next day I went to go see Dr. Paul and he was extremely thorough with what the root cause was but you have to tell him everything so that he can deduce the proper procedure to recovery. I had a strained muscle in my lumbar about three weeks before and did not think that was the root problem since it only took me a day to recover. But, it turned out it was! I can't recommend enough to try to persuade anyone that this is one of the best doctors out there. I know they are hard to find so, I am definitely sticking with Dr. Paul. Give him a try even if you have a current primary care physician. I guarantee you you will not be disappointed.
