We suggested from our Loan Agent to use the services of Mr. Frank DeEsso for our home purchasing. To make the story short as possible all started well with Mr. Frank himself in our initial meeting with him to sign or first set of documents in the process of purchasing our new home. As time progress Mr. Frank stepped away and started to let others staff members take over our case that we have never met in person. All turned south from this point on, first when we saw the house and made an offer the house appliances where all in working order, nothing broken all in great shape. When we did our inspection we notice that the microwave door handle was busted, so we spoke to our real state agent and explained about the damage and she turned to us stating to talk to our layer. We spoke to the lawyer and the lawyer told us that their was nothing to be done being that we had no contact with the seller. That got us a bit mad but shook it off. Then when we where about to sign the contract, we get hit that the dishwasher doesn't work (Mind you that when we did the inspection the machine was working) again we when and spoke to our lawyer and again said that their was nothing to be done. Again got us mad but shook it off. Now we are near to close by the end of June sellers lawyer send out emails saying that the seller where ready to move out on the last week of June, so we are happy and ready to move forward. We packed our stuff, return the keys of our home we where renting being that we had the somewhat "All clear" from the bank, then the bank drops the ball for not fallowing up with the underwriters (Another long story and negative yelp feed back that will be posted soon) so all gets pushed back week after week. Here we are no in July 21, 2016 we have the all clear from the bank, bank send the "go" signal to our lawyers and come to find out that the sellers are not ready to move that they need till the end of the week July 24, 2016.
So another week, 3 weeks living in a hotel with my family, a truck rental with all our stuff seating at church and a closing date on the 25 even do we could had closed tomorrow July 22, 2016, but again, even though we explained to our lawyer the hardship we were going trough by running out of money to leave in a hotel and running out of money to rent the truck. Lawyer stated that their was nothing to be done, that we could force them out (Even after the email from June stating that the sellers where ready to move out of the house by the end of June). I asked for compensation from the sellers for the time lost on their part and again the lawyers said that that the sellers are no obligated to anything.
Now, would you want a lawyer that does not represent you or be willing to fight in your behalf?
I don't think so. But because we had sign a contract with the Frank DeEsso's Firm we couldn't walk away and gotten our self another rep.
