I got a call after the initial inspection by the technician, and in a couple of days, the job was done. Start to finish in 3 business days for a complete flashing replacement on a chimney. Laura was wonderful and wrote out the details as we needed to satisfy the buyer that the job was fully documented. I liked that it came with a 2-year warranty that cools everybody's nerves when dealing with real estate. So much rides on documentation in these deals. Thanks Mobley. (Heads up-- paid by check. The owner worked with me on the cost to repair and after a year, I reached out because it appears that there may have been additional leakage. He sent out his employee the next day. He was at our house for over two hours researching and (I feel confident) resolving the issue. Through no fault if their own, they determined the short length of my gutter most likely is the issue. They adjusted it and we should be good. They have a 2 year warranty which he honored, no issue at all. I'm very appreciative! Highly recommended.

Falcon Roofing we kept hearing great things about! They were great communicators, after asking me for what color shingles we wanted, they had the shingles delivered less than a week later, then the following day they came to tear down my damaged roof and put up the new one. THEY DID IT IN LESS THAN 10 HOURS!!!! Amazing! It looks beautiful and no leaks. Great warranty and such a kind staff. And something that's SUPER important to us and to I'm sure everyone, their clean up after was amazing. They surrounded the property with tarps to catch shingles and nails. And ran a magnet many many times throughout the entire day.
