We were greeted warmly upon arrival and they had each of us complete a form identifying areas of pain to focus on for the massage. We did a 1 hour couples massage, and we chose the luxury package which included the massage, hot stones, Epsom salt, and CBD oil( we declined the cbd oil and went with coconut instead). My husband had the female owner and we noticed when we came in the room a track above our heads with handles. We knew that was for someone to walk on your back- we thought it was an option and it was included. That is the reason for the 4 stars is I wish it was explained to us or we were given a choice for him to not have that because it is a different experience. Everything else was good. We loved the oil, salt scrub and hot stone massages. One thing we liked was that after the oil and scrub they wiped us down with warm wash clothes. We had a massage on a cruise and we were covered in oil when we left it was horrible, so this was a much better experience! The owners/ masseuses were very sweet and kind and accommodating. Just make sure you acknowledge and aware of the type of massage technique you are getting.

They really take the time to do a great job with your entire body using deep tissue, hot stone and stretching techniques. I like how they know what pressure points to press and you feel so much better afterward. My shoulders, neck and lower back had knots and my therapist did great massaging those areas. They give you a short head massage at the end too, which was nice. I definitely recommend the 90 minutes and for couples, it's $225! This way, they spend ample time on your back and rest of the body. The only thing I would have liked is more foot massage. They didn't spend much time on feet but they did spend decent time on rest of my body. The inside of the facility is nice and clean. Unlike other massage places I've tried in the area, this place is better in the sense that the therapists really know what they are doing and use the right techniques to make you relax and release muscle tension. We will definitely return for more!

This is a great massage place that I've tried a couple of times now. Both times I got the 2 hour…read moremassage (120 mins) and their prices are good. They charge $60 for 60 minutes and $120 for 120 minutes massage. Both times I was able to get an appointment same day at the times I wanted. The facility is pretty clean and what I love is that they use reflexology and acupressure techniques as part of their massages. I really liked Angela and Jason here and they both had different styles of massages. Angela focused more on acupressure and that was really nice. She also was more thorough with her massage like focusing on the head, face and rest of the body. Jason was great too but he focused more on reflexology. He definitely worked on the knots in my shoulders and back because both were quite stiff. But I think he is a specialist in reflexology because he spent a lot of time on my feet. Feet reflexology is awesome where they focus on the points in your feet and you literally feel so much lighter afterward. Overall I prefer a combination of the acupressure and reflexology and for my massages, definitely their deep tissue is the best. They really know what they are doing. Highly recommend this place!

But I knew something else needed to be done! Being new to the area and just like anything, change can be upnerving. So when the sciatic nerve pain become so bad that I was uncomfortable in my own skin,I knew the search for a good massage place was needed and like NOW! What I needed was to get on the path of fixing the initial problem with my body. I found this place online and the website mention ''stretching techniques'' ,I knew right away this was the place to try! At first, like starting over with anything, like finding a new hair stylist or changing foundation makeup, you become skeptical and wonder if you should have keep looking. Im 100% happy that I chose this place and used shana! If you want to get to the root of the problem and fix it,shes your girl! Some say ''eh id rather use a man, they're stronger'' THINK AGAIN, she gave me the best ''hurt so good pain'' that I have ever had! Im pretty sure im flexible enough to jump right on in a yoga class! Haha. She does'nt skimp on you when a certain muscle doesnt wanna cooperate, she simply tells you to take a deep breath and hold on basically! Im sure if what you are looking for is just relaxation, she definitely has the strength and methhod to put you right to sleep and wake up very relaxed! I walked in with level 10 sciatic nerve pain and walked out like I had brand new hips! I was amazed! Hince it was so intense that I may have a beer for the soreness im feeling, haha, but will definitely be back next Week! I highly recommend this place!! So a 2 hour massage per person. I've been feeling tension in my shoulders and lower back for some time now. So I really needed the massage. It's been a few months since I had a massage and because of COVID, we didn't bother going to our usual place in PCB. Anyhow, I decided to give this place a try after finding them on Yelp. They looked professional and clean. When we arrived, we filled out a questionnaire where they ask you what areas to focus on and whether you have any medical issues they need to be aware of. This was great because this way, your therapist knows what you expect from your massage. We are so glad we tried this place because our massages were awesome! The massage rooms are clean and we had Lanora and Dan as our therapists. Both were excellent. My husband had Lanora and I had Dan. I really liked Dan and how thorough he was! He knew exactly what pressure points to press to release the tension and pain in my muscles and joints. His massage also focused on stretching your muscles, which was much needed in my case. I don't stretch much so it was good for him to focus on this. The massage itself was great, and I feel so much lighter now. I loved the neck and head massage towards the end. That was so good! Dan is also hilarious and knows what he's doing. They use suction cups throughout your back massage, which was something new for us, and we really enjoyed that too. Overall, I'd definitely return here and appreciate the same day appointments! Highly recommend you give this place a try!
