The facility is pretty clean and what I love is that they use reflexology and acupressure techniques as part of their massages. I really liked Angela and Jason here and they both had different styles of massages. Angela focused more on acupressure and that was really nice. She also was more thorough with her massage like focusing on the head, face and rest of the body. Jason was great too but he focused more on reflexology. He definitely worked on the knots in my shoulders and back because both were quite stiff. But I think he is a specialist in reflexology because he spent a lot of time on my feet. Feet reflexology is awesome where they focus on the points in your feet and you literally feel so much lighter afterward. Overall I prefer a combination of the acupressure and reflexology and for my massages, definitely their deep tissue is the best. They really know what they are doing. Highly recommend this place!

It's been a few months since I had a massage and because of COVID, we didn't bother going to our usual place in PCB. Anyhow, I decided to give this place a try after finding them on Yelp. They looked professional and clean. When we arrived, we filled out a questionnaire where they ask you what areas to focus on and whether you have any medical issues they need to be aware of. This was great because this way, your therapist knows what you expect from your massage. We are so glad we tried this place because our massages were awesome! The massage rooms are clean and we had Lanora and Dan as our therapists. Both were excellent. My husband had Lanora and I had Dan. I really liked Dan and how thorough he was! He knew exactly what pressure points to press to release the tension and pain in my muscles and joints. His massage also focused on stretching your muscles, which was much needed in my case. I don't stretch much so it was good for him to focus on this. The massage itself was great, and I feel so much lighter now. I loved the neck and head massage towards the end. That was so good! Dan is also hilarious and knows what he's doing. They use suction cups throughout your back massage, which was something new for us, and we really enjoyed that too.
