I've been here after being to other places in the DC area and this is by far the best place to go. Added bonuses is that it's not far from my stomping grounds, I don't need to pay for parking or fight through DC traffic, and it's got knowledgeable people. I absolutely love this place. The first time my roommates and I stopped by Deep Roots, it was a complete accident lol. We just stopped in the parking lot trying to find directions on our phone and we noticed the sign and thought the place looked interesting. Now, It's one of my favorite places to visit!! It's the best CBD and Delta shop hands down. WAY better than going into DC. The staff is so friendly and very knowledgeable! Ask them anything! I always walk out of the store learning so much. I absolutely love this place. The environment is so clean and inviting. Everytime I have gone, the people there have been so friendly and helpful. Nearly all of their stock is really well priced and of great quality. Honestly I can't say enough good things about Deep Roots. The only thing they could improve on is a bit of their selection. For instance, I would like to regularly get vape juice that I can use on my vape, instead on their disposable cartridges. A lot of CBD places do this for some reason, probably for profit since you need their proprietary equipment to use the vape. Other than that, this place freaking rocks! Keep it up you all! read more

The store is welcoming with a wide variety of products for whatever your CBD needs happen to be. The staff was super friendly and very knowledgeable and was able to match me up with the oil tinctures and concentrates I was looking for to help manage anxiety. With the way 2020 has gone, we could all use some help with anxiety so check this place out if you are interested in any kind of CBD products. Ran across this awesome little shop while I was trying to get in the framing shop right next door. It took over the old Yarn Barn. Yay!! It's very stylish inside and of course I had to go explore a new shop in the hood. This place is a CBD dispensary. They have everything from vapes, hand rolled CBD cigs, tinctures, gummies and teas. They even have CBD for your pets. The decor is really sleek and mod. Not a whole lot of unnecessary things inside. They also have other naturopathic items in the store which is pretty cool for those who are looking for alternative treatments. I sampled the CBD hand cream for my arthritis and it had a very pleasant smell. They also offered samples of the tea as well as the tinctures themselves. I had a very long conversation with one of the owners. A handsome Korean fellow. He was very knowledgeable of all the products. He could explain things in great detail with regards to CBD, hemp, THC, cannabis etc. He was able to answer all of my questions which I really liked. This showed me he and the other owners took great interest in the products they sell and stand behind them and didn't just open up a niche shop for the $$. Or maybe they did but he was knowledgeable non the less. I hope they have great success and it's nice to have cool things pop up in Burke. I will sample a few items and perhaps give another review later on. I did walk out with gifts for friends though since it was black friday. They had a great deal on the disposable CBD vapes. I've personally never vaped or used CBD oils.
