I'm loyal by nature, so when we moved to Irving last Fall, it never occurred to me to get an agent closer. Wow - am I glad for that decision. A couple months ago, some guy came across 2 lanes at 50 mph, slamming into and totaling our only car. My first call was to my husband, who was out of state on travel, and he told me to hang up and call State Farm. Gary Fourtner answered and worked tirelessly (and past closing) to make sure I was OK, to get me a tow truck ASAP (I was on a busy street during rush hour) and convince Enterprise to stay open past closing until I could get there. He checked up on me every day until I got the very fair check for my car that I had to have to buy a replacement, which took only a week. You can't get better service than what I got at Alison Fourtner's State Farm agency.

If you value communication, stay far away from this office, specifically employee Paola Bellizzia…read more I became a brand new Farmers policyholder on July 17th. During my "Onboarding," Paola told me she was my designated point of contact for all future inquiries. That promise was a complete joke. Starting Thursday, August 13th, I called her direct line every day for 7 straight business days (morning and afternoon, adjusting for the Texas time difference and avoiding lunch hours). I left numerous voicemails. She completely ignored every single one of them. Having been with Allstate and State Farm for years, I have never experienced such shocking customer neglect. Today, on Friday the 21st, 7 business days after my initial attempt to reach her, she finally called me back. The sudden response wasn't out of good service, it was because 3 business days ago, I got fed up and officially transferred my policy to a completely different Farmers agent. Her excuse was that she "missed my calls." You don't accidentally "miss" daily calls and voicemails across 7 consecutive working days. It was deliberate. She only forced herself to call me once she realized the account was lost. I am leaving this review so the agency owner, Vladislav Cherchenko, knows exactly why he is losing new clients. Paola's intentional lack of service is unacceptable.
