This is a terrific Turkish restaurant located on a quiet street in the Patershol neighborhood just…read moreup the street from Gravensteen Castle. The ambiance is simple but lovely. The menu has many Turkish and Middle Eastern favorites that are all very tempting options. I decided on a meat stew during my visit, which was absolutely wonderful. But perhaps the best treat was my Turkish coffee. Baklava was offered as an accompaniment. Between the two, these were delightful finishing touches as the silver coffee service was quite elegant.
The prices were fairly reasonable considering the quality of the experience. My main with a sparkling water and a coffee was €16.70. If you are in City Center Ghent and fancy Turkish cuisine, I would be confident in recommending this place as it is a very good value.
