All inquiries need to be via email. They said it would take 3-4 business days for a response. ( how is this possible in today's world??) On day 4 I called customer service to request the return label and was told that it wasn't sent because they didn't know how many rolls I was returning. At NO time was this request sent to me ( the info was on the original form , their form that I filled out. I was told that I would receive the return information by close of business or 10 AM the next day. Both time periods have passed with no response this on top of a 35% restocking fee that they will charge when I return my order. Don't use this company at all. Horrible customer service and poor quality product.
