Every place I called told me the soonest they could take a look was Friday (this was Monday). I didn't want to stay in a hotel in Fargo for a week (or have the money to) so I called all the shops around and told them my situation. These guys made it a point to check it for me pretty much immediately. It turned out to be nothing. But after they squeezed me in and spent at least 20 minutes checking it out, they handed me the keys and didn't even charge me. Super nice guys!

I signed off on something that was supposed to cost like 300$, I leave for Minneapolis and check my invoice and it says 800$. i call them to see what it is and they just decided to do all of these unnecessary things to my car. they already knew what was wrong with it as I provided them the issue I wanted fixed so I told them not to do a diagnostic but they did it anyway, I asked for even just a refund on that and the guy gave me like 30$ off of it. and maybe your thinking maybe it was needed to fix the issue? my car is running the exact same as it was the day I brought it in with the same issue that I had the day I brought it in. I tried calling leaving voicemails asking for some kind of refund or anything even 50% and they just proceed to ignore me. Don't…read moreget your vehicle serviced there, because they cause more problems, that way you have to bring your vehicle in again so they can "fix" it and charge you more! There were electrical issues, they checked the battery and said it was perfectly fine and ended up replacing some fuses. Then the battery kept dying. Well, I replaced the battery and wouldn't you know... the battery that was in there, from before I acquired the vehicle and it was clearly the wrong size! How can you check the battery and say it's fine, when it's obviously not the right one. pretty sad that I can figure out issues as a female and fix them, but a trained professional can't?? From now on I'll be doing every repair I can. Oh and they also put the oil filter on so tight that it couldn't be removed without cracking the oil pump housing. Now my passenger door won't open from the inside, only on the outside and they broke all of my window buttons, so now I have to replace those as well (which I'll do myself). Needless to say, don't have your vehicle serviced there if you don't want to keep bringing your vehicle in and paying more money. Very very disappointed and will NEVER go there again or recommend anyone else to go there as well.
