Do not EVER contact these people. I booked an install on Nov 24th 2018 for Dec 3rd at 9:30am (the earliest they claimed was available). I confirmed on Dec 2nd and they said, yes, they will be there. They never showed up. Left text messages (as voicemail box was completely full) asking where are they? Got a text back 1.5 hours later saying their schedule got mixed up. No explanation as to why, just that now the earliest they could come is Dec 7th. After I complained that they confirmed me for Dec 3rd and it was now too late to find others, they rescheduled for for Dec 5th afternoon. I called on Dec 5th to confirm and was told they were on their way. No one showed up. No text, no phone call, nothing. Sent a text Dec 6th asking what happened. Told them they truly run a horrible business. Will never contact them again and I highly recommend that NO ONE ever do. Just awful. read more
