Well hello internet! Not an avid reviewer as technology baffles me most of the time (he-he), but taking time to say some kind words about this wonderful company. By far the best holiday decorating service we have had the pleasure of dealing with, in Naples and home up north. If you're like the rest of us and really want to have your property look spectacular for the holidays, their product and customer service is really hard to beat. They are family owned and operated and couldn't be nicer. I am on the board at our community and I must say that the experience using this service has been great. A few outages here and there from time to time but they've always been very fast to answer correspondence and come fix any issues etc. I admit they aren't the cheapest in town, but we all know how that goes, "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR." In this case, for not much more cost than other services we've tried, we gained peace of mind due to quality of their work and availability to handle issues. Well done Deck The Halls! Very professional. These guys really went above and beyond for us. The last people we hired left screws and wire embedded in the trees and buildings, which then rusted. They removed all the rusted stuff and made sure to leave none of their stuff behind. We had so many cars driving in to see the decorations. These people really show why Christmas is the best time of the year, and I look forward to having them again. read more
