On our arrival they talked us through the various routes available to us. We had not booked our tour directly with them, with hindsight I think that would have been a better move given their local knowledge. They made sure that the bikes we were given were adjusted to fit each individual and they gave us the tour of gears and breaks. As a competent rider I know how to change an inner tube, I wonder if I was not would they have shown me how, I give them the benefit of the doubt as they answered all the questions we had. They helped us choose from the 24 routes they have available. Providing guidance on where to stop for lunch or where to go if you wanted a flat off road ride, a mountain road type ride, an easy mountain bike ride or a technical mountain bike ride. The shop has all the biking equipment you would need along water sports equipment. The best thing about the shop absolutely the staff, knowledgable, took the time to talk through routes and never seemed out out by any request, even a last minute change of bike. If you are going to Northern Portugal and you want to ride some trails or road routes these people can help you achieve that!

It is not crowded at all with enough room to shop. In early October, the clothing is warmer and targeted for the upcoming autumn and winter season. Lots of flannels and darker colors. Greens and oranges seemed rather popular. Some coats and boots on sale too. The racks are quite tidy and the displays are well leveled. Sizes are clearly marked and the prices too.
