This is strictly a review about their online store. Very bad communication, never update true…read moreinformation on order status, declared items in stock and immediate shipping however truth was they were not in stock and had to wait to be shipped from Italy without being informed. After calling them a million times they told us so. It took them five-six days after that to ship the products however again a problem in the shipping regulations made a mess of the order status. Not so much a problem but again we weren't the slightest notified that 2 items could not be shipped to our destination leaving 40 euros in our account to add something else . Even worse after again calling them repeatedly and emailing them with no answer they updated the status of our order to shipped with the wrong old tracking number and now we have no idea 14days later whether our products have shipped where they are and what it is actually included in our order. Again no mention for a refund for the removed items. Stay away from their online store. I'm sure they are quite good on the spot but they cannot manage an online store
