But then again, how were they to know about the cold front? I did find a nice longer 3/4 length hoodie jacket but alas, they did not have my size And while there was no cold gear that fit my need, I liked their nice bright colors for the season - pinks, bright greens & oranges. Had I had even a modicum of luggage space left open, I'd have made a purchase or 3 Next time!

When I entered the store, I felt a bit like a fish out of water. Never being in such a shop for a very long time gave me that feeling. I was a bit apprehensive, but this feeling vanished quickly, since they let me browse the store peacefully: there was no annoying salesperson trying to interact with me right from the start. I was particularly happy with that. Well, I looked and looked, and soon I found some nice and comfortable Board-shorts. Besides sportswear, there they have actual very good casual clothes. And without looking for it, I found there a pair of jeans that fit me really great. They were even on sale! I was so happy I wanted buy one more, but the one I got was the last one in my size. In the end, this turned out to be a very nice sports/surf/skate/clothes shop. The salesclerks are not pushy at all and they let you browse through the store comfortably, without any pressure. Even when I was in one of the fitting-rooms, which are spacious and private, I was not interrupted. Of course, if you need their assistance, they will help you promptly. You don't have to be a surfer, skater, or snowboarder to be able to enjoy this store. From time to time I am going there to check out the new cool stuff they have.

Go downstairs to the larger area where you will find Womens clothes, shoes, purses & accessories. The aisles are narrow to get through and if there are many people shopping in there at the same time it can be unpleasant. I prefer the other Resales store on Sonnenstr. 2 Ludwigsvorstadt-Isarvorstadt much more.

A few years ago I did buy dirndl from another shop and was disappointed in the fabric and comfort of the other dresses. The 10+ year old dirndl from Trachten Rausch that has been worn dozens of times, even lent to friends, looks newer than the other shop's after being worn only twice. I don't expect to need another dirndl anytime soon but when I do I will go to Trachten Rausch again.

We were staying in Old Town and I got the impression you could really only find very expensive, designer ones or touristy, low quality ones. After a lot of research, I saw Trachten Rausch come up multiple times. I walked to the store and was immediately greeted by a young saleswoman who figured out my size quickly and whisked me away to a small changing room. She brought a few options, helped me in and out of them and we settled on two final options - both reasonably priced (do not expect to spend less than 150 euro on anything quality). I chose the one I wanted and was rung up and out the door. Both sales women I spoke with spoke excellent English and didn't make me feel bad about my very poor German speaking skills. This was an excellent experience - the dirndls are beautiful and I'm excited to wear mine!

The total cost was 130 euros. After 5 months the Pavlovic print fused together and is now unwearable. I contacted the fan shop and was told that if we dont have an invoice they cannot do anything. I sent them the bank statement, but that was not sufficient. It is outrageous that an original Bayern fan article, that is not fit for purpose will not be replaced. Sad but true.

If you're a Bayren Munich football fan, this is your dream come true…read more This is one of the biggest fan stores .. centrally located right between Marienplatz and Karlsplatz. It's easy to find and it's also on a very busy pedestrian shopping area, so expect it to be incredibly packed. There are three floors .. and most of the jerseys will be on the stop floor. You'll find pretty much everything you need if you're a FCB fan. The staff is friendly and helpful and the prices were pretty decent. The only thing to bear in mind is you'll have to traverse up a pretty narrow set of stairs to get to the 2nd and 3rd floors, but that's a minor issue unless you have trouble climbing stairs. The inventory is very good here. You'll find all your sizes without much effort and they had a pretty good deal on authentic jerseys when I visited recently. Again, if you're a Bayern Munich fan, this is your slice of team heaven in downtown Munch.

After visiting this shop before but never buying anything, this year I finally got myself a nice Bavarian button down shirt which I love. I wanted to buy more but things are quote expensive here. The store is smaller than many but packed with beautiful items. That is where the goodness ended for us. The two ladies working were rude and taciturn. They followed us closely, monitoring, watching like hawks. But did they inquire how they could help? Oh no. Not even when we expressed interest in knowing how the garments were laid out so we did not search through all of the racks. One grumbled when we asked to go up to the female section. Once there, the grumbling women physically stood in the way of a section, explaining that the items there were handmade and +$600. These were the ones that we were interested in based on our research; however, this woman just frowned and said that if we wanted to look, she would pull and handle the garment. It made it hard to look... especially since she was still in the way... We understand the delicacy of the materials and quality of construction. If you have a specific way that you want things handled, tell your customers... nicely. If we cannot see the section, we clearly won't be able to decide which garment to look at, and our unworthy fingers will never touch the dirndl to try on and buy. Feeling very unwelcome, we left empty handed and shelled out the cash at a worthier establishment.
