He comes up and I say It won't hold a charge, he says my car jumper stronger, tried to jump my car and it didn't work ,so he tells me it's my alternator ok cool.I got in the car with my daughter and he shut the hood down (didn't remove the hood latch) now my latch is bent and liquid is running from my car. We get to my house and I tell him it leaking he repeats me ( mind you nothing was leaking, I thought my battery was dead and he said it was the aternator) by the way it was dark when he got my vehicle home. I called him when I got up to tell him that when didn't remove the latch that was holding the hood up that he broke the hose and part where the hose connects, and the thing that keeps dust off the car ,he said I was a liar and a scammer,he kept over talking me and hung up the phone in my face.I reported this company to my insurance company and I hope the never use them again!!!
