She has a nurse transcribe at the appointment,so she actually looks at me when I'm talking and doesn't have her face in a computer. She is a great PCP. If she can't help you, she will do her best to find someone who will. The only thing I don't like is that I have to check myself in on a tablet. I'm old school and feel like that's not my job.

I went out here a few months ago for care and I checked in online so I could do most of my waiting…read moreat home. When I arrived, I used the computer to let them know that I was there. There were about 6-8 other people in the waiting room. I walked up to the front desk when they called me up. Whoever was at the computer that evening was telling me that I did not pre register online and when I told her what I was there for she was rude and it was the worst experience I had ever had there! She did end up seeing my name came up on the monitor facing the waiting room! She didn't bother to apologize for her mistake either. Now, I would go to the Geisinger Lewistown ER for anything over this place! *The physician and nurse I had when I was called back were very nice and kind! Great as a matter of fact! The lady at the front desk ruined my experience that day completely. This was the first and only time I had a bad experience there since they opened years ago, however, sometimes one bad experience is all it takes.

Who goes to an urgent to be charged for a guess??? No test, no medicine. Just a guess. I called out and talked to Julie and was questioning the clinic and the PA (Stefanie) just guessing what she had. She said that's what you paid for was an opinion. I was saying we already guessed it was Covid or the flu, but for them to charge her to GUESS what was wrong, was not right. Julie has very rude and said she didn't give a Fuck and hung on me. I called the urgent care 3 more times no answer then I called from a different number and Jamie answered, then Lauren picked up and gave me the number to call with a complaint. If you can't control your mouth you shouldn't be working in health care! If you like RUDE UNCARING PEOPLE and want to pay $$$$ for a guess this is your place to go!
