I had the opportunity to meet the Store Manager, Josh, when I visited the store on 11/3/2020, and he was just as pleasant. I commented to him about how much I appreciate the level of service I always receive from Stephen and about the cleanliness of the store. I'm glad to have this FedEx store so close in proximity to where I live and still have it open during the pandemic for all of my printing/faxing needs. Somehow the package got sent to California then Alaska and now it won't get to Alabama until the 29th. This package has important documents in it that are now in danger of expiring. We called and asked for a refund and they told us that the money doesn't get taken out of the account until the package is shipped, we are looking at our bank statement and the money was taken out on the 20th. They will not refund our money and claim that they haven't even charged us for it! We have been on the phone for over 40 mins with these people and have been transferred four times and put on hold more times than we can count. Now they are claiming they can't hear us!
