History

Established in 2021.

After filing bankruptcy myself in 2004 and then having another financial crisis in 2013 where I had to face being a single mom with a credit score of 450 I saw how hard life could be with bad credit. Determined to never be in that situation again and make a better life for my daughter I began learning how to fix my own credit and then help other fix theirs.

Meet the Business Owner: Gina ..

Removing negative and incorrect items off your credit report is only the beginning of your financial journey. I truly believe that first you need to have a plan and vision for your future. My goal was to make a better life for my daughter and be a business owner. It took me 4 years to start my first business. I fixed my personal credit and used that to finance my first business. I went to school for accounting, so my first business was taxes. accounting and bookkeeping. As I grew that business, I helped my friends and family fixed their credit and showed them how I did it. I remained so passionate about it that I decided to start a second business share with as many people as I can my story and how they can do what I have done. If your credit score is under 700 and your hearing NO or being offered high interest rates let us help you fix that. Repair, Rebuild, Educate - The Sky is the limit

I called the number and met with Pete at the office and went over what I need help with, (Listed) 1. Two credit card that I had paid off after they were close $400 and $200 2. Medical bill from 2012 that I have never paid on in the amount of $750 I explain to Pete how important it was to clear up my credit as I was looking to purchase a home by the end of 2017. I was told to pay $250 upfront and every time they take something off I would be billed. I was given hope that this was the right place to be. (boy...was I wrong) Now its 6/24/2017 and nothing has been done to my account, no communication from anyone in the office, no letters from creditors. I constantly call and leave message to no avail. Only thing I get from them is advertisement in my email that is not even directed to me on ways to be mindful of credit. I leave voice mail, every time you call no one answers, been to the office 8 times and no one there in the middle of working hours.

I call back the same number and some woman with an accent lacking communication explains to me he is at lunch. I tell her John picked up the first time and hung up on me, she lacked empathy and understanding . I stated my conversation when Jon picked up with " I've just had the worst experience with Experian on the phone, I don't know what else to do I need some help and guidance what do you guys provide " and click hung up..... I get that things happen , but I'd also went online and called the 800 number and still. Pretty low blow. The Spanish woman picking up the phone makes things difficult as she becomes lost in translation and lacks understanding how identify and response correct problem to solution. If you read my reviews I'm an optimist and so for me to feel this way. Says a lot about how awful this experience was. Don't want to work they just want to get paid
