I signed on with Consumer Credit Card Relief in August, 2021 after a phone call from them. I have…read morebeen doing surveys online, and I thought this call was because of something I had said in a survey. They told me they would negotiate payments with the companies that were chosen by me and the rep. I understood the companies would be paid, also. I signed a contract which came to me in my email account. A contract that disappeared from my email account later! In September, I received a call from one of my creditors telling me that I owed for September. I told her what I had done, and she was alarmed. She said she had not received any paperwork or phone calls from CCCR. She also said they didn't deal with settlement companies, and asked me if that was what type of company this was. I wasn't sure, so I went to my email account to find the contract. It was nowhere to be found. I called the CCCR. I got no answer and left a message with the rep who took my case. I got no answer or call back. I kept calling and leaving messages, but no answer or call back. I called my creditor, and she called and left messages, but she got no call back either. I talked with my creditor and we agreed to keep calling CCCR. But we kept hitting a brick wall! Also, I had to remove my payment from my son's bank account, which I used for my first CCCR payment, and put the payment under my bank account. My son went to his bank and put a stop payment on the CCCR payment for October. The bank told him the stop payment would be permanent. To this day, my creditor and myself are getting nowhere with phone calls. I had to leave a message saying that if they wouldn't call me back that day, I would go to BBB and file a complaint. No return call, so I put in a complaint with BBB and the Consumer Advocate online. I do not want to deal with them again, as I think they are a fraud. I feel the contract was a fraud, also, since I had no copy of it. I just want the contract broken, as I feel it is not legit, and have nothing more to do with CCCR!
