She gave them to me as I was the one who answered the door. I called Galbraith to ask what happened. Instead of an apology, the owner, she said she was, argued with me that they would never do that. Not till the end of the call did she say, what do you want me to do? I said don't argue and tell me what normally happens, just apologize that it did!
