If I am a mess, she spends a lot of time, and she coaches me on stretches that reduce the need for visits. All good! Ellie is great on the front desk. Christine and Kevin have typically a 5 day wait, and there is no pressure for appointments you don't want or need. By my choice, I find that a visit monthly corrects those little things that otherwise grow and become real issues. Went to Dr. Jay complaining of pain in my lower back after falling. I asked if he does xrays, he…read moresaid there was no reason to. He assured me that there was no reason to do an xray because based on his exam, I did not fracture anything. He stated he would "wear a mask" since I was wearing one - and he put on a flimsy clothe that looked like a pair of pantyhose over his face. Clearly not preventing anything. His receptionist was also maskless. He performed some adjustments, which increased my pain. I went to my PCP immediately following this, and had an x-ray, which revealed I had fractured my L2 vertebrae. As my PCP stated, his manipulation of my spine, post injury, is not good medicine. She was great! I started going while I was pregnant and having issues with my lower back. I've continued going since then and now I see Edward as it works better with my schedule. He's also great! He adjusts my daughter too, who is 1 year and has since she was 8 weeks old. Speaking of which, the staff is incredibly helpful with my daughter. While I'm getting loosened up by rollers or stimulation, they take my daughter to play so I don't need to worry about it. They keep her until I'm done so I can concentrate on my well being! Then, they bring her in so she can be adjusted too. She loves them! Also, if you get there on a weekday morning (when I go) there is rarely a wait at all. Saving the best for last: they are NOT PUSHY! I've found over the years that several chiropractors are pushy about how often you come in or things you do and they really aren't at all, which is great.
