This man went way above the call of duty for me. Most attorneys take your money and try to get you to take the quickest plea deal regardless if it's in your best interest or not, they care more about the prosecutor than they do their clients. Mr. Snell does not fit into this category. He cares more by his clients than anything else. I was arrested about three years ago for a felony that carried a mandatory prison term if convicted. I was facing a known, tough prosecutor who was very experienced. The prosecutor had offered a very sweet deal. The only problem was it was a sweet deal for someone if they had committed the crime. Mr. Snell quickly turned down the deal, letting me know He was more than willing to fight for me and he stayed true to his word. After turning down this deal, about a week later he called me with a better deal...CHARGES DISMISSED!!!!!! If you're looking for just any attorney there's plenty of them out there that'll take your money, but if you're looking for THE ATTORNEY MR. JAMES R.SNELL JR.Is the only one you need to call. I'd put him up against any attorney out there and I'm not just saying that. If you're looking for an attorney that you can talk to and will actually call you back and even come to the phone if you call. He's your man. I wish I could give this man a 1000 stars, but 5 stars is all they would allow . His staff is just as amazing as he is. They were all so professional and courteous. I can't them all enough for making the horrible situation I was in as best as it could possibly be. THANK YOU, FOR EVERYTHING YOU DID FOR ME MR SNELL.
