Several weeks later, after they'd had all of my documents for several months, got a call telling me pick everything up-they couldn't do it, with no explanation. Like I said, unprofessional. When I retrieved my documents there were sticky notes indicating calls, messages and emails stating that I'd never responded - complete fallacy. Worst place ever.
