After reading through the reviews, I see that they require a portal to pay rent, and that portal rarely functions...hence the constant evictions. This house is in a nice neighborhood, and every single time they have evicted a tenant, we have had "squatters" more or less move in and destroy this house. We are then billed for THOUSANDS of dollars to repair walls, fix/clean/replace carpets, etc. THIS MANAGEMENT AGENCY WILL NOT VALUE OR CARE FOR YOUR PROPERTY. They literally do not care about the owners of their home nor apparently their tenants. I read one review below where the young lady mentioned the home owners coming by to look. I 100% understand WHY, and can and will tell you!!! Because the owners of the houses are also getting scammed!!! We are being fined by the HOA constantly because this management company is not maintaining the properties! We have also gone by our property to see WTF is going on. When you rent out your investment property, you understand that you are going to get an occasional eviction, but this many evictions in such a short amount of time is complete and total NONSENSE! We were notified in late February that they had approved and moved in new tenants. TODAY, April 12th, we just received notification that they are starting ANOTHER eviction process. Top notch work! When we touched base with them to find out when we would receive our final reports, they again apologized for their backlog and assured us that they would have reports to us by our closing date. I thanked them for their onsite work, taking care of their staff during the horror-show that has been the last year, and told them that I wished I could give them extra time for completion. They went above and beyond for our family and actually returned our final reports at the end of business that same day. Unbelievably kind and giving! The reports were clear, professional, and easy to read. We cannot recommend this company highly enough. There isn't a single company within the realm of real estate/land development/construction that isn't working beyond capacity in the last 9 months and each of them are doing so with regular staffing shortages.
