Unsurprisingly they did not answer and I did not leave a message. They called me back within 1 hour to make sure everything was OK. The service was beyond excellent. Despite the fact there was an appropriate and not immaterial delivery fee because they were 90 miles away, it was a no brainer to use them because of their great service and clear communication.
