Home was eventually returned to original if not better state than it was in before the flood. Fast response time, works until the job is done, has all the equipment needed, and reasonably priced. I had a situation where I had to get my well disinfected and retested from out of town. They were always helpful, courteous and professional but not only that, they really went above and beyond. Todd went as far as calling the village of Kronenwetter to get me an extension for our well permit as we could not disinfect the well in the winter. Also after Eric retested the well, he even dropped off the test results to the village of Kronenwetter. I can't say enough good things about them! I give them an A+++ on service. This is how great customer service should be and I would recommend them to all my family and friends! Thank you Todd and Eric! I really appreciate everything you guys did and I hope you are recognized every day for your exceptional service!!! Charlie's Hardware is definitely doing something right with these guys!

Heads up DO NOT USE Affordable Carpet Cleaning…read more They do a terrible job, my landlord sent me two photos of what she vacuumed after the carpets were allegedly cleaned. To make matters worse when I called to complain they refused to take ownership of the issue but instead made up a lie that my land lord is collecting dirt from other places and using this as an excuse to not give me my security deposit back. I have a good relationship with my landlord they are good people and do not have the spare time to try to pull something like this. I am absolutely livid right now!
