I was recommended to Kim by someone I met while I was getting coffee and I'm SO happy they did. Kim took her time to address my concerns. I had a strip of my hair that didn't take well to another bleach process and it's where I had a grown out shadow root. So it was brassy and yellow. I was hoping to come in and get the brassiness toned down by processing my hair again. Kim took so much time of her day to get me to where I wanted to be. Mind you I have had stylists tell me this before and then they can't. Kim processed my roots and the brassy strip once. It definitely bleached my roots but the brassy part was holding on for dear life. She dried me and then went through a second process with foils on just the brassy sections. This time it took pretty well you could hardly tell there was any brass left. THEN SHE TONED ME. After that she cut my hair, dried me AND CURLED MY HAIR. You guys...my hair is the most beautiful shade of blonde ALL OVER that I've ever had in my life. I was in Kims chair for a good maybe 5 or so hours. She took her time and did SUCH an incredible job. I was very satisfied with my services and the price, and they used "Paul Mitchell" color, which I appreciated. Cost is always a concern for me and I've spent the last several years going to various hair schools for my cuts, color and conditioning treatments. While this salon is more than I spend at the schools, it is closer to home and saves me travel time/gas and the time saved by seeing a professional here as opposed to a student who is professionally supervised. I will continue to go here as long as it can stay affordable for me.
