I couldn't find a shop which had the correct size chair to fit under my dressing table and to have it made would have cost megabucks. But... after chatting to the unbelievably helpful man in TBS he said he could get virtually anything made in any size and colour! True to his word my beautifully upholstered bedroom chair arrived 2 weeks later and not costing the earth either! I have been back several times and wouldn't even consider going anywhere else for something special. If you want anything in a particular size-you want great service and you don't want to wait 3 months for it then I can't recommend this shop highly enough.

I purchased a huge stunning mirror for £220 i've seen similair ones for at least £800 elsewhere. On speaking to the very modest girl in the shop i don't believe they make a massive ammount per item, but it makes it all more affordable and therefore you want to buy the lot. I ended up buying a lovely modern mirror from the young girl who owns the shop who was very helpful staying open late whilst my husband came to collect the mirror in his van. Whilst waiting I browsed all the other items and will definitely be back to buy more items as there's so much lovely stuff all at good honest prices. A credit to Albert Road and Southsea.

Poor quality and very bad customer service…read more I bought bedroom furniture set from them in October, the quality of furnitures are far poorer than the pictures shown on their website, if you are attracted by their cheap price, I recommend you to go to the shop and make sure you are happy with the quality first. And they delivered wrong item, and got one item missing...and they never informed me it was out of stock, until I called back to ask for the missing item. It has been 2 months, I tried to call them, but never got their replies on time. they always asked to call back another time... the last time i called, I was promised that they will contact me when they have stock in Mid November. It is now December, I still don't have their call back. the issue remains unsolved!
