I originally wrote a review that pointed out the poor customer service, poor installation and poor attention to detail that we had had to to put up with.
And so it was.
The important word here being "was".
We did indeed have some serious issues with the work that had been undertaken, and the poor service, but I am very happy to give credit where credit is due, and Deane did take our complaint very seriously.
Indeed to such an extent that they have removed all the previous poor work completely and re-installed the wardrobe to a very high standard and we are now very pleased.Poor service, poor fitting and poor customer service. read more
