I reached out to Todd and his team to help install landscape lighting on the front of my property…read more Todd came out, did an assessment of the property and within one day I had a quote that was approved. The work I needed was a bit complicated, because I needed to retrofit a new LED system onto existing wiring, that ran all throughout existing hardscape and had been cut / not visible in many areas. This was no challenge for Todd and his team, however, and they were able to trace all the existing wiring and plan out the new layout. On top of everything, Todd suggested we move the existing transformer to the complete opposite side of my house, where other utilities sit, so that I don't have an eyesore in my driveway. He provided me several options for lighting and everything was installed quickly and professionally. I'm very happy with the finished product and the level of service / communication from Todd and his team. Oh and btw...when a few weeks after install, my kids kicked and broke one of the lights...Todd came out and replaced it free of charge. What a legend! Thanks Todd looking forward to working with you in the future on my backyard!

Our friend recommended All Quality Fence and we're so glad we went with them! For roughly the same…read moreprice and similar white styles, we can see a big difference in work quality and how straight everything is between our fence and my neighbor's fence adjoining the property line (done by a landscaping subcontractor). The office staff were super friendly, Tom is very responsive, and the workers were very respectful and professional - we were shocked at how efficient they were, even working through the rain. We thought our sloped terrain would be tricky because our home's previous owner put the fence together weirdly to cover the drop, but because All Quality uses individual slats NOT big prefab fence pieces like my neighbor did, the workers expertly and seamlessly adjust the fence to any elevation change and it looks so good. Highly recommend this company; this was one of our top contractor experiences in all our years as a home owner.

Not only is the team very friendly and professional, but they were also very considerate of our property as far as cleaning up and laying wood on our grass so the large trucks would not create ruts in our yard, which was very much appreciated. From beginning to end the team worked together with excellent communication to seamlessly take down the two large trees, grind the stumps and chip the wood from the trees for us to spread in our side yard. They do nice work and are also very reasonably priced. Thank you again Alonso and team!! We will definitely be calling All Access Landscaping & Tree service again for future jobs at our home and my husband's office.

We got a software rendering of what the lawn would look like before the work started. After the work was done, Mr. Mariano also gave us some advice on lighting. They do our weekly lawn maintenance as well, which is also timely, professional and reasonably priced.

I am saddened to have to leave this review, but others should be aware of Michael Mariano's…read morebusiness practices. He started out as a decent lawn maintenance person. Spring clean up was usually sufficient, and mowing every two weeks was ok. I understand his prices are on the low side, and so I figured I pay for what I get. At the very beginning, I explained that all leaves needed to be blown to the front of my property - at the curb but not in the street. They get picked up by the town, which has simple rules. He did that for the most part, but every once in a while I noticed he blew the leaves to the back of my property, where they would never get picked up. Sometimes he denied it, and sometimes the excuse would be that they were too wet to blow to the front. (Every other landscaper did it properly - why couldn't he?) This last time, he blew all of the leaves in the back of my house to the back of the property. When I emailed him to tell him it needs to be blown to the front, he said it was NJ Transit's trees, so their leaves, so that's why he blew them onto their property. I was speechless. That response was absurd. Considering I have a huge, 80+ year old tree in the back of my house, his response was beyond ridiculous. (I was actually hoping he just had a bad day, and would re-think his response, and take care of the leaves, but that didn't happen. That's really why I waited so long to write this review - I wanted to give him an opportunity to make things right.) He also never bothered removing the branches that fell before and/or during the season. I actually had to gather them up myself and move them to the front of my property. I asked him to remove them at that point - and he said he would. Instead of removing them, he buried them under the leaves he blew to the front of my property. I didn't even realize that until they (Chatham Boro) came to remove the leaves, and discovered the branches. They got pissed off (rightly so) and tossed them all over my lawn. I emailed Michael and told him what happened, and once again I asked him to pick them up - and he said he would. He never showed up, and I had to arrange to have them removed. Now, the leaves he blew onto the back of my property are all over my property as well as my neighbors properties. It looks like it was never even done! If I am asked to clean up the mess, I will be taking Mariano Landscaping to small claims court to recoup my expenses. There were other issues, but these were the most blatant issues. I highly recommend that you spend a little more for someone who is ethical, honest, responsible and reliable with at least an inkling of common sense.
