We saw a few more just to make sure we weren't just overly excited about house shopping. It was meant to be and Cheryl knew that was our home before we even saw it. As first time home buyers, we knew nothing about the legal process after finding a home. Cheryl streamlined the entire process and we were able to close on a home JUST before COVID hit and before everything shut down. We were so lucky. Even after we got the keys and moved in, she was so thoughtful to make sure we got settled. Even though her job was done, she still checked up on us. They really go above and beyond for their clients and we recommend them to all our friends!

We worked with Leslie back in 2012 when buying a home, when it came time to sell earlier this year…read morewe knew Leslie was the one to call. Not only did she handle the sale of our old home efficiently, and coordinate the process well she also kept us in mind when scheduling appointments. We have 2 large dogs and Leslie made sure we had plenty of notice before a showing. and even assured clients that the dogs would not be any issues. Leslie also got a lease for me to stay for three months with the new owner because I was going through the approval process. She provided us with many homes to consider and knew a lot about the different areas. When I looked at a home in a certain area she told me the water bills are double. In the properties, she sent us she made detailed notes so we knew about the property. One house we really liked had the note, "House backs up the 290, traffic noise present." She showed us listings with a fenced yard, which was a must. In short, if you tell her what you need, she will find it. If she doesn't find it, you're gonna have to build it. She was very prompt and once we found our new home she had an offer to the seller and a counteroffer ready. Unfortunately, that house did not pass the home inspection. We moved onto the next house on Monday and the offer was accepted and signed on Thursday. One more thing, Leslie has a list of people that do inspections and other services for you. The inspector she recommended was fantastic, Al Pirro was his name. So if you want an agent that works for you and always has your best interests in mind, and is not afraid to give you honest assessments then Leslie is the person to talk to.

STAY CLEAR!!! I would honestly give Patrick Del Duca and his agency a zero if it were possible…read more He advertised his own property for lease via MLS and Re/Max. I enquired and viewed the house. I was told some work was going to be completed before I moved in. I signed a lease for March 1 and paid first and last month's rent ($3,800) and set up house insurance and utilities. He literally started renovating the house the week prior to my move and continually delayed me from moving in. I finally demanded the keys on March 6 and inspected the house. Many areas were still in renovation with tools and debris throughout. The garage was full. I could not move in. I told him I was going away for the weekend and would be returning to begin my move on Monday, March 9. He assured me they would work through the weekend to have it ready. On Monday, I rented a truck, loaded it and went to the house to find that nothing had been done over the weekend and I was unable to move in yet again. I returned to my current home and unloaded my belongings into my garage and returned the truck. I also canceled my movers last minute. In the end....my lawyer got involved. Patrick would not allow me to cancel the lease nor would he offer my refund in full. I'm out of pocket $3,800 plus utilities, insurance, and legal fees because of dealing with this person. Be forewarned. He is not trustworthy.

She also took steps to proactively shield me from the stupidity of the first real estate agent who represented me and accomplished nothing for 3 months. THANK YOU Liz!!
