I just got tired of…read morebuying outdoor furniture and things that only last a couple years even with me trying to take care of them. So I decided to shop for high quality furniture and the very first thing apparent here is that every single thing they offer is of the highest quality and I fully expect it to last a long time. We are already off to a great start with what I purchased. On first visiting I had sticker shock just because I never shopped for high quality furniture before. But once I visited other high quality furniture stores, I know they do offer some very good prices here. Some sets were more than $1,000 cheaper than what I believe to be the same thing that I saw at other stores. So not only is it high quality, it's a great value. All that is well and good. The greatest advantage of shopping here is the people. They are the nicest and friendliest people you could ever meet. It's a family run business and every person we met showed true and genuine customer service but not only can you can tell they're very passionate about what they do but they are experts as well. This was a big decision for me and I made a lot of trips in and as I worried it probably was looking like I was window shopping or never going to buy. They still treated me the same on every single trip in. They spent as much time with me as I wanted. In the end we decided on an excellent set that we love, but more importantly I've almost never made a purchase that I felt as good about than I have buying from Casual Image. Lastly, what really made it worth it was the delivery. The fact that everything came assembled and in perfect condition and the delivery drivers put it exactly where I wanted was incredible care and showed the same great friendly customer service that made me feel amazing. I will always suggest casual image to anyone looking for a better outdoor furniture experience.

Maria and the staff were extremely accommodating and answered a steady stream of questions. They offered several options in a variety of price ranges. I ended up furnishing two bedrooms for less than my original budget for one. My house wasn't quite ready for me to move in, so Maria offered to store all of my furniture until I was ready. We stayed in constant communication and when the final inspections were finished and the Certificate of Occupancy was issued, my furniture was delivered the next day. For a nominal fee, white glove delivery service is available. They showed up when scheduled, brought everything inside, assembled and set up both bedrooms of furniture, cleared away all packing materials and made sure that I was happy with everything. Great staff! They pride themselves on quality products as reasonable prices. They offer products from a well known furniture store, but at a much lower cost. I had shopped for a recliner at the name brand store and found one that I liked. Being a cost conscious shopper, I also priced that same recliner at a local "furniture outlet" store and was thrilled to find the recliner there for about $300 less than the name brand place. When Maria asked if I had checked their price, I admitted that hadn't. I gave the staff the brand and model number of the recliner and they returned with a price almost $200 less than the "furniture outlet" place. Yep, you read that correctly. Red Gate Home Furnishings "out the door" price was almost $500 less than the name brand home furnishing store for the exact same recliner. Now you know why I'm thrilled to find this furniture gem and why this review is so lengthy. If you are ready to shop for your home, do yourself a favor and check this place out. If you're looking for furniture that will last you a lifetime, some hard choices will have to be made. Yes, you could go to Ikea and assemble your whole living room yourself or maybe go on Wayfair and get something shipped to you. But when it's pieces that you know you will be using every day and you want something different, you're sort of have to go and check out a furniture shop. This place should definitely be on your list of places to check out. Why? Because of the selection, but also the sales/owners of the place are absolutely amazing. Nancy helped us when we came here the first time to find a dining room table and we loved her suggestions and expertise and she took the time out to go through and narrow our choices. We are very indecisive people and she loved showing us pieces. The second time around we looked for a dresser and Gary helped us out. We saw him the first time, however he was helping with another customer. Gary was awesome as well! We designed our own dresser and he helped us through all the options. When both of them were free, the tag team and environment of buying furnishing was great. I mean, they are salespeople and so, with their personality and wanting to go above and beyond were great. I don't know how else to describe my experience, but if you're in the market I would highly suggest you to come here and check out their selection or even just ask Gary or Nancy what you are thinking (or if you have a budget) and they'll find exactly what you're looking for.
