We initially had Matt from Sam The Concrete Man come to the house to repair a crack in the house's…read moreslab. Ultimately, the crack was not a major issue, and Matt gave us great advice on how to fix it ourselves- down to recommending specific products. While he was here, we asked if he would be able to give us a quote for a new, larger concrete patio slab. He switched gears, and worked through all the specifics of what we were wanting and provided a great quote. We are very happy with our concrete slab- there is a smooth finish, no staining or cracking, and Matt personally came back afterwards to fill in a small hole that had been left in the ground by the concrete crews. I really appreciated that Matt did not try to sell us an unnecessary fix for the cracks we initially brought him out for, and am pleased with the concrete slab work that he and his team did for us. He was also very communicative, and checked in with us to confirm final details before setting them in stone (or concrete lol) Also shoutout to Matt for recommending a great screened-in-porch installer (Noble Space Outdoor Living) & coordinating dimensions and details with them. Our screened in porch would not exist without his recommendation and connections.

The September appointment was a no call no show and I then called in again and found out there was no appointment scheduled even after a field supervisor assured me I was scheduled. I also called the field supervisor the day of the appointment and received a response of sorry but there was still an issue with the hose. Totally unprofessional on communication and consistent disappointment on trusting if the appointment was scheduled.
