Sara was rude and and the other assistant acted like she just wanted to get out of there. I've never had a better experience with an urgent care! She took her time and was very thorough, more thorough than my own doctor. I was scared I would find care on Friday night but this office was truly the best. She fixed up my leg and even called to make sure I made it home safely. This is the only doctor I'll ever go back to. The office staff rolled their eyes and acted like I shouldn't be there late. You can't help when urgent things happen. Deaconess has a caring and loving NP which surprised me. Lacresha gave me patience and care and I even yelled at her for how long I had to wait but once she walked in to the room, I immediately realized why people come here. She is the best. I will not go to anyone but her from now on. They do need to get nicer nurses and people who check us in because they were rude. Thank you Lacresha. I wish you were my regular doctor.
