I walked with a baggy WITH THE BUGS IN IT to them and told them to tell me that it wasnt a live bug and that we had none. I suggest going with people who KNOW WHAT TO LOOK FOR. Because they don't. He stayed over an hour. He found one bug. Told me it was new. Like 2 weeks. He showed me what it looked like and crushed it. To be honest and helpful. I believe the technicians. Trying to distract me. Planted a couple bed bugs. Enviro Pest said he found one but didn't show me. The highly recommend man who gave me a free inspection. Took his time. Said it was brand new. He also said anyone with no experience could treat this. I have had a bed bug trap from a professional since my neighbor had them. When they pro bed bug man John saw it. He said that's a good sign. There's no bed bugs in it. I believe inviropest inc. planted one or 2. I vacuum my sleep are and all good.
