Hadn't expected anything special but the chef bringing out a fantastic amuse geule was a good sign. I ordered a mustard soup and ribeye. I was surprised by how good the mustard soup tasted! The flavors and presentation of it were very wonderful. Overall the wait staff and service was excellent as well. I would not hesitate to come back here for another meal or stay!

You will get the same attention to detail and high level of execution here with the focus on live fire cooking as they have a specially built range and hearth installed in the multi level restaurant. Very sleek but laid back it's almost hard to tell from the outside. The terrace is quite nice but doesn't reveal the secrets within. Smoked eel on brioche, grilled sardines with lemon and 6 week aged ribeye were fantastic. Their dessert spin on an espresso martini (which seems to be the rage again in Europe) is a great way to finish. Their crew have a lot of ex De Librije folks and they are super fun. Highly recommended if you want high level cooking in a laid back setting.

With every meal, a platter of fries and green salad. I always enjoy a bowl of soups usually tomato. For my main dish, I enjoy a pasta dish, or beef entree. My favorite dessert is creme brûlée. The wine list is good and varied.
