Chef has a great sense of modernized Dutch foods. If you see the instgram page of the restaurant. You will find the chef is lovely.
I ordered 5 cources menu. First course is sea bass cappacio with fry softshell crab. Fantastic. The fish is so fresh and make a perfect ensemble of the taste with dressing
Second is the prawn and beet, average but quite fresh.
Third is duck liver, oil is a little bit much but a very good companion with the sweet and sour dressing.
Main dish is steak. Fantastic. I can't describe but you should try.
Dessert is my favourite. But I will keep the secret of their unique recepie.
