Our unit in building A is a little outdated but very spacious and easy to dress up with furniture and other things! The staff at the front desk are very kind and have been extremely helpful! The valet in the front are awesome and the security guards are great! Everyone is so helpful and kind, especially moving in with 4 kids! The grills are easy to reserve and use (there is a refundable $100 deposit for use of grill which is returned but ensures proper use of grill when out making steaks with the fam) the two pools are kept well maintained and clean with plenty of chairs and lounges as well as umbrellas for your convenience. The hallways and common areas are cleaned daily Mon-Fri and the cleaners are super sweet! Everything is so close by and the beach is just a short walk away! Very beautiful! Trump Hollywood is in Hallandale, but Trump Hallandale doesn't sound as good…read more It's 1.2 mile away from Hollywood Boardwalk with no direct access to it! Trump design is Dark Grey 1939 like Nazi Germany design...Cold, Somber, Depressing... Over Rated, Over Priced, Crazy Maintenance Fees, designer Ready Unit was bare concrete with Just the Kitchen & the Bathroom finished. With Dark grey, Black lifeless design. 2 bedroom 2 Baths Units was sold in pre-construction $1.2M, same unit higher Floor, totally finished is foreclosing NOW @$750k & 2 buildings down, you could get same size condo at the Waves for $375k with nicer pool.. Trump Hollywood Lobby is very Dark & not welcoming, like a Tomb.. Pool Area with grey tiles is very small & has nothing luxurious, past 1pm no sun & the Bar Restaurant is serving over priced watery drinks in cheap plastic Cups. Hot tub has only 10 jets, 4 not Working, lounge Chairs are beaten & rusted by the salt.. finally, garage is across Street except if you valet... The Only Luxury there are the Cars but they are Not Trump... I rate my stay 2/10 & 2 because I was invited... I was totally awed when I stepped into the grand lobby for a tour. Everything just has that unique level of polish that blows away other so-called "luxury residences." You can just feel it. Each residence inside has floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the ocean, etc. Just jaw-dropping. The amenities are great, too. The infinity edge pool, spa, custom wine cellar (VERY COOL), 24-7 valet, world-class concierge staff, cigar room, etc.. they just pile on the luxury at this condominium. The oceanfront aspect is another great amenity, if you care to call it that. A lot of places say they are "on the beach," but Trump Hollywood is LITERALLY on the beach. You can't beat that. Hollywood Beach is lesser known than Miami Beach, but that's half of what makes it so great. It's so close to South Beach, Bal Harbour, Aventura and even Las olas without being in the thick of any one place. It's a nice central location that's really starting to see an increase in activity lately. If you're looking for luxury, Trump Hollywood has it written all over the place.

A super rude beach chair attendant that's employed by The Beach Club aggressively approached us and cursed us out, with zero provocation. Calling me a bitch (in Spanish) because I was "about to" picked up the wrong beach chair (I didn't even touch it). The situation was so embarrassing as it happened in front of others. I proceeded to simply ask him where do we get the beach chairs and umbrella from in the most calmest manner, only for him to continue cursing at me. It's not my fault that you are in the United States and can't understand nor speak English and try to use your language barrier as an excuse to be rude to others. This is South Florida pal, not Cuba. I immediately called the hotel and made a report about the incident. I even walked into the front desk and spoke to someone in management about the incident, I've then sent two emails about the incident but of course nothing will be done. Shame of you for having a disgruntle employee working for your establishment that would get that upset with beachgoers on vacation because of something as simple as a beach chair. This hotel need to provide some customer service training and explain to your employees that these same people that patronizes South Florida, contributes to their paychecks.

The condo building is a bit dated and the lobby had so many boxes and cluttered items I felt like I was walking into a UPS store. Nonetheless the actual residents were pleasant and welcoming. The valet attendant, front desk staff, and pool attendants were all very nice. The pools are clean but contrary to the posting I read they weren't heated. Great beach access! It's worth paying $25 for 2 chairs and an umbrella for the whole day. You can even get food and drinks delivered on the beach! WINNING! The view was lovely from the room. The gym is dated and could use some source of water inside, but an ample amount of equipment. Heads up: Parking for 3 days is $100. We also had to pay an extra $30 fee in addition to the Airbnb price for the fob that accessed all the amenities( i.e. pool, gym, beach, etc.) Nice place, great location, on the fence if I would return.

Stayed here for 2 weeks in an air BB, and the hotel part and amenities were perfect…read more The person whom the air bb was rented from wasn't so great, but that wasn't a huge issue for me personally. While staying here, the particular unit was listed for sale, so there was one day during my 2 week stay where I was asked to "tidy up" and not be in the unit for about an hour while the unit was being shown. It wasn't a huge deal, the place wasn't messy and I worked during the day, so I wasn't even there. Other than that, there were no issue. The hotel itself is steps away from the beach, and boardwalk. Tons of bars and restaurants right along side the building, all in walking distance. Staff here were not too friendly. I had a feeling it was because I wasn't a regular hotel guest, and more of an air bb renter. But regardless of that, if you're the face of a company, you should be welcoming to anyone who's staying at your property. The hotel has a beautiful pool, but with the beach few steps away, how could you resist. If I do ever stay here again as a regular guest I'll be sure to post an updated review then.
