I was unable to get my colleague and friend a birthday present due to health issues, so I ordered from the one place I knew always has amazing flowers. But I messed up the date. They fixed my mistake with a smile (yes, you can tell over the phone) and without any problems! My beloved recipient is delighted (and still surprised) every month with how gorgeous, timely, unique, healthy her blooms are. I used another florist in Köln for a couple of years but they disappointed me too many times -- missed deliveries of less than the highest quality. I stumbled on Blumen Marienwald on Yelp while searching for the best Kölner florist. Clearly, I've found them. I would never use any other shop.
